"I said what.." She said almost to quiet to hear again nuzzling into him cauesing her voice to be muffled slightly.

He smiled gently. "Are you hungry," he asked.

"Maybe.." She said her arms wrapped tightly around him not letting go.

"Do you want something to eat," he asked softly.

She shrugged she felt hungry but her body told her to go back to sleep.

"Would you like a squirrel," he asked gently, rubbing her back.

She looked up at him with big round eyes "Can it be a cooked squirrel..?" She asked using her effective pouty face.

He smiled at her and kissed her forehead. "Of course," he rumbled softly. "But you gotta let go so I can get it."

"Aww..." She whined but let go shivering from the sudden lack of another's warmth. Ana crawled over to the blankets and shifted snuggling her little wolf body close to the fire and under a blanket.

He placed a few more logs on the fire to keep it going and grabbed a squirrel. He cleaned it up real nice before he placed it over the fire on a stick.

Ana watched him with a laizy gaze a bird could land on her head and she wouldn't notice.

He smiled at his mate and turned the squirrel over before sitting beside her. He gave her face a gentle wipe to clean it off.

She lifted her head nuzzling him softly.

He smiled and took a cooked squirrel from the fire and laid it on the blanket. "Its hot," he said softly, rubbing her fur.

She barked a thanks at him as she carefully started nibbling at the rabbit trying to avoid burning herself.
