    Lunarsong sits on top of the moonledge watching her clan-mates.
    Brackenflame was sent on a solo hunting patrol. He sniffs the air looking for prey.
    Burningkit leaps around playing with a moss ball in the clearing of the camp.

    Specklepelt walked out of the warriors den, the munchkin calico looked around, yawning as she did, swishing her tail she headed for the exit of camp to go hunting, knowing she should hunt before she ate

    Lunarstar sees Brackenflame come back from hunting with a bird. "All cats old enough to catch their own prey come to the moonledge for a clan meeting", Lunarstar says. Dewpaw's ears prick up and he leaves the medicine den and goes over to the moonledge. Burningkit runs over to the moonledge but brackenflame looks at her. "Your not aloud to be in this meeting, go stay in the nursery", Brackenflame says. "AWWWW", Burningkit whines. "It's alright she can stay", Lunarstar says.

    Specklepelts stopped, just on the verge of leaving the camp, she turned around and scurried to the group of cats, squeezing her way to the front the munchkin cat sat down, looking up at the leader with curiosity

    "As you know after some rumors past from cat to cat, when dewpaw was out collecting herbs he smelled a fresh sent of a dog", Lunarsong says. Some of the clan gasps while others start talking to eachother.

    Once Lunarstar quiets the clan she continues. "we are going to double the warriors that are watching the camp at night", Lunarstar says. "Right now I am sending Brackenflame, Specklepelt, and Ashleap on a patrol, if they find any trace of dog, they will come back as soon as possible", Lunarstar says. She hops off the rock signaling the meeting is over.

    Lotuspaw shrunk back and messed her nose up."A dog..?" She hated dogs, but when she heard Dewpaws name her ears heated and her mouth shut as she shuffled her paws, She knew that medicine cats were forbidded to have a mat- No no no. She heated up more, Already thinking about a mate- Impossible! He'd Never do that. The she cat was afraid of rejection.


    Ashleap Growled lightly, sitting next to his little sister and hissing lowly in her ear,"What did i say? I don't want to have a sibling who breaks the warrior code, let alone one who can barely hunt." he meowed and glanced back at Lunarsong-star?

    IC: "Ashleap, get the patrol a leave as soon as possible", Lunarstar says walking up. "I'm counting on you to try to find where the dog is so we can hopefully drive it out", Lunarstar says. Dewpaw looks at Lotuspaw and tilts his head. "Are you okay? you seem upset", Dewpaw says walking up.

    Specklepelt nodded to the leader before going over to Ashleap, " ready to go? " she mewed, smiling to him with a kind smile, they were going to find this dog and take it out! she was sure of that!

    Ashleap stood up."Alright Lunarstar, We'll try our best." And with taht he glanced at Specklepelt, admiring her spirit and excitement. He trotted out of camp and began to search for a dog scent." Smeel anything?" he murmured.


    Lotuspaw leanedback feeling heat rise to her face."U.uh..um.. im okay! I-i just um..Must have been terrifying to smell a dog so near..."

    Flamepelt was pumped up by the news. He could easily fight this dog off the territory and chase it across the border. "Lunarstar, what about reinforcements to chase it away", he said.


    Sunstorm looked at her brother. She was worried that he could become overwhelmed with strength and fight all those in his way.

    "I will think about that when the time comes", Lunarstar says.
    "Yea i freaked out when i smelled it", Dewpaw says.
    Brackenflame walks beside Ashleap looking around. "I smell something! Come on this way!", He says leaping into some bushes. Soon he comes to the sparkling waterfall. "It stopped at the waterfall to drink the water", Brackenflame says. There is a sniffing noise and a large mutt dog comes out of a hole in the ground and starts lapping some of the water. "We need to get out of here!", Brackenflame whispers.

    Ashleap growls."If we just run it could chase us to camp! Worse if we leave it close to camp! we need to chase it out..who here is fast?" He glanced around.
    Lotuspaw gulped and asked a question."Hey.! Wanna see what it looks like? i bet its Ugly..But we can follow behind and help out a bit! and if anyone gets hurt you can Help out too! and then we can be treated like warriors and Medicine cats!" She Said happily forgetting about her fluster already." Come-Onnn~ " She smiled and turned to look at him to see if he would follow.

    "I'm coming!", Dewpaw says running after her.
    Brackenflame looks at the dog. "i think it has our scent", He whispers. Brackenflame takes a deep breath. "Hey, i'll distract it", Brackenflame says. Without a warning he leaves the bush and leaps into another one. The dog moves his head to the other bush and growls. When the dog gets near Brackenflame's bush He leaps onto the dog's head and digs his claws into it's head. Brackenflame leaps off and runs with the dog behind him.

    Ashleap meowed an order, "Go go go!" He yowled and chased after as well ready to battle." BrackenFlame! Get to the border line and be ready to battle when i get it to stop chasing you!" He said loudly and followed after his sides huffing with excitement.

    Lotuspaw led Dewpaw and followed the scent, watching Brackenflame run and Ashleap following the dog to the border, She scrambled onto a rock, Meowing loudly at it. "Hey You fat mutt! Leave em' Alone!" The dog didn't hear her at Lotuspaw Frowned."I guess their too fast for us..! But did you see its Icky face?" she said in excitement.

    "Yea!", Dewpaw says.
    Suddenly Brackenflame sees a dead in. The dog slowly goes up to him. Brackenflame quickly leaps over him and runs with the dog chasing him again.

    Specklepelt ran after the group, running as fast as her stubby legs could take her, " you guys are FAST " she mewed but was able to catch up, getting to the border line and looking around, " where is... " she began before she saw Brackenflame and the dog coming straight for her
