    and the clan wouldn't have a clan name, just like the (blank)

    so it's like three co-leaders right? finding 3 leaders is a hard thing, but maybe it could work. i did a little research, maybe it could be roman themed? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triumvirate#Roman_triumvirates and maybe the three leaders each had their own divisions. say leader 1 is defense, leader 2 is offense, and leader 3 is for spies or maybe a religion-based leader.
