    A name change and a alliance chance. Nope, nothing really important. HawkClan was still neutral, and Kupfer liked it that way. As for the name change, well, he was just going back to his former name. Nothing new at all.

    Taking a breath the leader looked around, noting that some were unpleased, or uncomfortable about leaning more anti. "Alright, first thing first, rank name changes.


    Chief will be leader, councilor will be deputy, warchief will become assistant deputy, spirit will become coucnilor(s), brevet will be changed back to tactician, and shaman and sergeant will remain the same." The leader said flicking his tail. This whole running the clan shit was harder than some people thought.


    "Next thing, demotions. Dacnomaniacalvictory, I have given you several warnings about your inactivity, and though I hate to do this, I am demoting you. Also Huntingpaw, if you do not pick up your activity you will be demoted from the Tactician rank." Oldglory flicked his tail and looked around, he would be doing the entire thing in one museful burst.


    "Next, I am abolishing, or merging all three factions of army, navy, and airforce, so lucky for ya'll the bootcamp is canceled for now. Jack you will be demoted to sergeant per request, and Quarternote I am moving you from sergeant to tactician." The male sighed, stuff was very confusing.


    "This new merged faction will simply be called the military, and I would like to ask Bistre and Harrierbeat to take over this. This means holding training sessions, meet and greets for everyone, and keeping the clan as a whole well balanced in their fighting ability. Jack and O'Fraiser will be your sergeants and will be there to help ya'll." The male sighed, and looked towards Ichigo.


    "Ichigo, I would like for you to fill the gap of deputy that Harrier has left from being moved to assistant deputy, as her talents lie much better in that direction, the direction of teaching." Flicking his tail the world war I ex-aviator sighed, and blinked absentmindedly.


    Though the two he was going to promote to tactician were not the most active in the clan, he believed that both of them deserved it. "Vintagequotes, Bariumpaw, I would like for you two to step up to the tactician rank." The male meowed bluntly, flicking his large tail once again. He just had one more promotion to announce, and that would be it for well that for a while. "Lacy you have proved yourself active and such, and I would like for you to become a Councilor once again."


    Woop woop more stuff to come, but Dawny shouldn't even be awake right now so... yep.

    Hangingpaw nodded at all the demotions, promotions, and renaming with a small smile on her face. "Congrats everyone." She meowed up with a sudden voice change, airy and breezy going to loud and unlike her usually shy voice. Yet she was rather confused about her own rank. Sure, she was a tactician, but what concerned her was the fact that she had been promoted to Councilor by Crackedstar only if Oldglory had accepted the promotions, but she didn't remember him ever approving them.

She knew what a sergeant and a shaman were, and even a leader and deputy, but what of these other odd terms? And Anti Clan? What? The apprentice, an expression of pure frustration and confusion upon her features, watched the leader carefully and with eyes narrowed, her tail whipping behind her. She had so much to learn... Hopefully there was a willing or kind Clanmate here who could lend her a paw with all of this foreign knowledge later. But for now, she just nodded to Oldglory, though she was mostly distracted as it was.
