    "My 'team' abandoned the 'loot'. As for the second part, you can judge that yourself." She reached him, and looked at him up and down, her eyes lingering on the mist part of his body. "I'm Apophis."
    She walked past him and started to fill one of the bags her team had oh-so-thoughtfully left behind with money from the sides of the vaults. She stuffed it as full as it would go, then zipped it up and slung it over her shoulder. Shame she couldn't carry more, but there was at least ten thousand in the bag. That was enough for now. She could always rob a different bank later. Or maybe a jewellery store?

    Raizo unhooded himself again and turn back into the large shadow golem he called Hikage, he turned around and the symbol on his back began glowing as whispers began errupting inside Apophis's head and Hikage grew closer behind her

    Raven shifted back into a human as the heat started to get to her. She wobbled a little, then tried to shadow jump. Unfortunately, the shadows weren't big enough, and she fell to her knees. She gritted her teeth and shifted into a shadow tiger, clawing at the fire.


    Lilly looked over at The Owl, sending some fire to wrap around her, then felt extreme cold as ice froze he arm, then started to melt. She snarled and threw more fire balls at Ice Chaser, keeping the dome around Shadow Cat a few inches above her.

    Apophis stopped walking.
    "Please stop that." She sighed, then turned to face him, and was surprised by how close he was. She hadn't felt or heard him approach. Then she realised that's because he was probably a shadow. She looked up at his red eyes, unimpressed.

    Ice Chaser charged at the fire dome, a large block of ice growing in his hands. Once close enough, he shot a few more icicles at Inferno, then threw the block at the top of the dome. He skipped to the side, circling them and throwing more ice at the villain. The ice hit the dome and instantly melted, creating a gap in it for a few seconds.

    "your memories are all interesting" he told her as the whispers continuing "I deal with the physique, making people go insane or just messing with their day, however if I focus I can truly harm anyone through brute strength, but only for a time, and i've been doing this for years" he said

    "Good for you." Apophis told him. "I, however, have no interest with having a person root around in my thoughts." She smiled sarcastically, her hand dropping to her sword hilt. She didn't usually threaten people this way, but she knew nothing about this boy, so what could she do?

    "test me, I dare you..." he said, but it wasn't through voice anymore, but in Apophis's thoughts "Show me what you think you can do" he told her and his eyes glowed brighter as a ringing noise grew inside her mind

    Apophis clenched her teeth and screwed her eyes shut as the ringing increased. Then she relaxed, and a smile spread across her face. She started laughing, and stared him down.
    "Test me." She echoed, grinning. "I dare you." She had a short burst or quiet laughter as she slid her sword from it's place. She started circling him, smiling sweetly.

    Raven leaped out of the dome and landed as a human, breathing heavily. She smiled at Chase, then glared at Inferno. Raven knew that her energy was low, but better that she faint than have an entire crowd turned to ashes. She shifted into a huge shadow bear and charged at Inferno.


    Lilly put her arms up as the icicles froze them, then melted. When she put her hands down, she was knocked off of her feet by Shadow Cat as a huge bear. She then encased her with fire, trying to stop her momentum.

    The large body of the shadow golem Hikage grew still and it's eyes turned dark, black as night much like the body itself, it remained still. the ringing and whispers seized inside Apophis's mind and a voice grew loud "Your mind is not like others, but your memories explain why, I am not living as you may have learned, but I am still an essence, strike at my physical form and my soul lives on, I will break you, I will make you bow before me, however time will tell when" he said and the ringing returned and grew more intense than the last as well as the whispers, and once again Raizo began pacing through her memories

    Chase nodded at Raven, and stayed back as she charged Inferno. He watched the fire and made ice to drop on it. He'd found a weakness and he was going to stab at it as much as he could.

    Raven shifted into a Python and wrapped around Inferno, squeezing tight.


    Lilly gasped and struggled, then set herself on fire, letting it rage out along the bank.

    Apophis turned her hearing down more, until the ringing was little more than an annoying buzz. She felt him riffle through her memories, and did not try to stop him. She let him see all her healthy relationship, all her lies and embarrassing moments, all her happy birthdays, spent with parents and friends. That reminded her that she was going shopping that afternoon. She checked her watch. It was 3 AM. That was enough time to have a nap before leaving.


    Chase panicked, and created walls of ice to protect himself and the civilians who hadn't left. The effort drew from his gut, and he collapsed onto the floor, exhausted. He could do little more than watch now.

    Everything continued for a solid 10 minutes before it all stopped, Hikage's body faded away and eventually so did the vault behind her "most people call me the Deity of Insanity, the one who led death to his next targets, they are not right, but not wrong either" he said chuckling slightly and the whole world started to look as if it were melting away like ice cubes on the ground on a hot day


    (Just hop in we're at a bank still)

    Apophis sighed, watching her surroundings 'melt'. She knew he was trying to intimidate her or validate his ego or whatever, but she was really getting bored now.
    "I've got a thing later, so please hurry up. As for insanity, most say I'm there, death comes for everyone eventually, and you cannot be right and wrong at the same time." She explained. She put her sword away and rubbed her temples. That buzz was getting annoying. She considered that the ringing may be better.

    "or perhaps there is deeper meaning behind all my... distractions" he said as Hikage's eyes glew red again and he slammed his fist into Apophis's back sending her to the wall

    One didnt bother to go back o the roof again, people had started runnng as soon as they had learnt it was people with real powers doing the battle. Lids from manholes lifted as he walked by them, rotating around his body in a slow circle movement.

    Apophis hit the wall and it drove a puff of breath from her breath. She'd had enough of this. Maybe he'd leave her alone if she didn't react to anything. She nullified all her senses. She always enjoyed doing that during class. She felt nothing, saw nothing, heard, tasted and smelt nothing. She didn't try to move either. She'd learnt the hard way that moving while like this could be extremely dangerous.
