    I opened my eyes looking at them turning my head to the side to get a better look. I threw my head back laughing "My girlfriend.. A um.. What's is called.." I paused "Angel." My eyes a darker read my blood boiling. It was like the word set me off making me angry I looked at the mirror it cracked then back at Rose.

    "Yeah.." Rose said looking away shyly. She hadn't heard anyone call her an angel unless they were hitting on her but no one knew she literally was one. "And my girlfriends a demon." She stated thinking how weird it seemed and how ironic it sounded to her. She never thought she'd hear those words come out of her mouth at any time.

    I was now in front of her. "Does it bother you?" I said as my red eyes searched her face for any kind of emotion. I could tell I was going to do something easy if she said the wrong thing. Her calling me a demon hurt but to Helena my other half it didn't I knew what she was thinking and it wasn't good.

    Rose shook her head. "No it doesnt as long as it doesn't bother you." She said looking back to her feeling less paranoid by the fact that she had asked to see her wings. She didn't want anything to bother her but also willingly showed her the wings because she wouldn't keep any secrets from her as she did at first. "Does it?" She asked.

    I was able to calm muse down but it was Helena who I was worried about. "No.. It dosent... As long as my true form dosent bother you.." I didn't understand what she meant by her true form but I didn't want to find out. I went back towards the rock sitting down I could tell Helena was planning something.

    "So are we going to go?" She asked again remembering that she had said she was lost and needed help but acted as if she was just fine. She was ready to show her the way out as she extended her wings and flew upward looking down on her to see if she would come with her or just sit on the rock for however long she wanted to.

    I laughed as my wings appeared my horns grew to. I flew up I stood across from her. "Lead the way." I had a very bad feeling about this.

    "Alright." Rose said starting to fly in the direction of their town over all the trees and finally a field of grass that soon led to an abundance of building. "Dont forget to get rid of your wings when we land." She reminded her as she stopped on top of a building where she started to slowly fly down and land on top of it. It had an elevator to lead down to lower floor which was what she was going to use to get down.

    I landed beside her but my wings didn't disappear neither did my horns. I cracked my neck then looked back at her. "Why not just let the people see who we really are.." I took a step back now standing on the ledge.

    "No dont!" She warned trying to go up to her to stop her. "They'll freak!" She tried to reason her out of it but she was too close to the ledge and she was too far away to catch her from doing anything stupid since she only needed to take one step. She wasn't ready to give up her secret. Her life would change concerning the amount of people who would see her differently and the amount of army men trying to hunt her down for "tests".

    I laughed as I stepped off the ledge. "I won't do that to you.. Besides if someone were to find out.." I paused now beside her I leaned over "I'd kill them.." I said whispering in her ear. I walked past her clicking the elevators button I pulled out a cigarette lighting it. I inhaled then exhaled what was she doing to my body?

    Rose let out a sigh of relief even though what she had said sounded a bit creepy to her. wait se thought turning around after hearing a lighter go off. Alex doesn't smoke she started to get worried about what this new demon form had changed her so much and it only seemed to be getting worse. She knew she had to find a way to fix it but she didn't know how.

    I looked her up them down I threw my cigarette to the ground stepping on it. I grabbed her wrist pulling her into the elevator with me. Our faces inches apart my heart beat sped up but would she kiss me back? My eyes trialled down to her lips and back up.

    Rose had retracted her wings just as they stepped into the elevator so it wouldn't open to her like that. She waited as the elevator went down and almost hit the first floor. She went forward and kissed her for a few seconds before the door open and she walked out. She tried to ignore the fact that her breath had smelt like smoke and left the building ready to head back home.

    I grabbed her worst pulling her towards me. "Not so fast I don't even get a good bye hug or kiss?" I said raising my eye brow. I could tell Rose was trying to figure me out. I looked at her I felt the urge to smoke again which was not natural.

    "Why do I have to?" She asked her looking back to her still facing the door. "I would give Alex a goodbye kiss but i dont know about you." She said knowing she hasn't been acting herself for a while now and wanted Alex back. The only way she was going to get her back was to refrain from doing things with Alex and not her the demon side of her

    "I am Alex... We are one person.." I paused "She has control over herself and believe it or not Alex has deuces to do every bring I'm doing on her own.. She knows how to stop me she's stronger than she thinks.." I was stronger than I thought? "You see she is a spawn of a demon I know her story but she dosent remember but People form the underworld will come for her... I am her to her half and it is up to us to work together to protect each other.."

    "Why are you trying to protect her? I can protect you without her help." Rose said turning towards her. She wondered why this was happening to Alex of all people. It wasn't what she wanted at all and she also didnt want to go to a demon for help instead of her own girlfriend who was an angel. The demon should've gotten her help another way

    I laughed as I looked at her. "you don't understand we are the same person.... I know how her power worlds but she dosent... But if you want to protect her please by all means I ahead I won't stop you sweet heart.." I pulled out a cigarette lighting it.

    "Yeah, I will." Rose said now walking towards the door hoping she wouldn't get another interruption. She hated smoking and didnt like to be near smokers. "I'll see you later." She said opening the door to the hotel building and turning the corner to where she was going to head back to her house to get some things together because she needed to think again.
