    A loud purr erupted from her muzzle as she smelt her mate, "I missed you.." she murmured softly, covering his muzzle with soothing licks. She gazed down at her kits, "thank you for giving me two precious kits." she added.


    the two kittens squirmed.

    Firemask smiled faintly. He had a whole family now, and he would fight any number of battles and hardships to keep them all safe.



    Echomist nodded. The fluffy black she-cat eager to be out of camp. She wanted to see if she could catch her friend Winterpaw at the border.



    Ashpelt flicked his tail. "Again you two, congratulations. I've got to go for patrol now, so see you later!" He said as he exited the den to join Echomist.

    SilentBite purred, playfully swatting her mates tail. A happy, kit-like gleam in her eyes. She stood up, earning two protesting squeaks before she picked up Swiftkit getting ready to take them to the queens den.

    Thornpaw walked over to his sister and sat down beside her "Swirlpaw?" He asked softly
    "Ya?" Swirlpaw hummed
    "What ya thinking about?" He asked her ajd looked at her face to read any hesitation or worry
    Swirlpaw looked down at the ground then up at the sky "Nothing worth your time" she answered

    Stormpaw padded to the center of the camp to talk to Swiftstar. "Swiftstar, my mentor left a while ago, and I don't know where she went. When will you assign me a new mentor until my training is finished?" He asked, sounding worried.



    Ashpelt bounded after Echomist and Silvermist, winding his tail with Silvermist's for a moment. He was so glad that she'd chosen to come join the Clan at the last gathering. It had made him the happiest tomcat alive. Even after all that happened, he had found there could still be joy.



    Echomist led the patrol out, taking them down the quickest route to the SilentClan border. The black she-cat was silent. She'd noticed the other two together and was eager to see where it would go, snoopy as she was. She glanced back at them only once.



    Firemask picked up Firekit as well. He flicked his tail in gratitude to Windswirl, who nodded as Firemask turned to his mate. "Come on, there's a nice, warm place waiting for you and the kits in the nursery." He promised, though his voice was muffled by kit fur.

    Ashpelt dropped his voice so Echomist couldn't hear as he spoke to Silvermist. "Hey, Silvermist? I'm being weird again, but you're probably getting use to that by now. So I'm just going to say it. From the day I met you, I thought you were strong and beautiful and talented and kind, and it comes as no surprise to me that I quickly fell in love with you." He blushed as he spoke.

    SilentBite let out a yawn as she carried her little kit to the nursery, her paws drug as she walked. She yawned once more before curling up in her nest, her two kits suckling at her stomach...

    It was a warm new leaf day; the birds were chirping and the bees were buzzing but something felt off..
    It had been awhile since FireMask had left the clan; due to them finding an apprentice; Bluewater. The she-cat felt a kick in her stomach and yelped in shock. Her litter sister came bounding over, worry all over her face. "You didnt..." BlueWater meowed, shock, anger, and betrayal ran across the other she -cats face. "You mated with FireMask!" she accused sharply.
    SilentBite cowered, her swollen belly pressed against the ground protectively before she snarled, her mother insticts darting out. "Maybe i did, maybe i didnt!"


    Bluewater crouched to the ground, ready to pounce "We either kill the kits or your banished."
    "Bye." it was a simple word, and the she-cat left without another word.



    SilentBite woke up with a gasp, her eyes flickering in fear before she relaxed with a sigh.

    Firemask, pacing outside, stopped when he heard her gasp. "SilentBite? Are you okay?" He called in quietly, as not to wake the kits if they were sleeping.



    Ashpelt let out a quiet purr as they neared the border that was shared with the rivalling Clan. "I can be happy as long as you will be with me." He mewed.

    SilentBite licked her maw nervously and leaned down to lap at her kits earning a meow of protest, "Im fine firemask... Just a bad dream, thats all." she forced a purr

    Thornpaw hissed "fine! I'll ask again later and you better give me a better answer than that!" He snapped walking away very annoyed


    A grin formed on swirlpaw's face "too easy" Sje mumbled happily

    Ashpelt purred as well.



    Echomist stopped in her tracks. "We're here." She announced.



    Firemask came quietly into the nursery and walked towards SilentBute, licking her cheek. "It's okay." He promised, guessing that it had been a nightmare.

    SilentBite gave a soft gentle sigh as she looked down, pressing her cheek against his lovingly. She gazed down at her kits, "I hope nothing bad ever happens to them; or one of them never betrays the other..." she gave a soft sigh, closing her eyes.
