    Mia was laying on the couch, dozing off and on. Mark had been assigned night school due to having crappy grades. Mia, being perfect at, well, almost everything, was at home as usual. She felt a weight settle beside her and thought it was Mark getting home and she laughed quietly when she felt teeth nibble at her throat. She opened her optics drowsily but they widened in suprise when she saw Max. He took advantage of her hesitation to pin her down and sink his pointed teeth into her skin. She cried out as she felt a burst of pain. She knew tears were gathering by the way her vision blurred. She blinked, warding them off. Max grinned and pulled away, licking her neck to close the wound. He then began grinding his hips against hers. The next thing Mia knew, he had forced a liquid into her mouth and ducktaped it shut. She swallowed involuntarily and grew tired, limbs not cooperating with the signals she fired to them. Whimpering, she witnessed Max smiling wickedly and pulling off her shirt and shorts. He then proceeded to remove his clothes as well. Mia squirmed slightly, unable to do much more, hoping Mark would come home soon.

    Precisely at that moment, Mark entered the house through the front door, accompanied by a couple of his night school friends. "Mia, I'm home," he called upstairs. "any sign of that idiot Max yet?"

    Mia let out a muffled scream to alert Mark to be wary before Max slpped her, snapping her neck sideways. That just made her let out out a louder scream until Max wrapped his hands around her throat. She only suceed in squirming weakly, sobbing as her air was cut off.

    Mark heard the scream and the slap that followed. "Son of a b*tch," he yelled, racing up the stairs. His friends followed, and they all burst into Mia's room. "Let her go!" Mark yelled.

    I clawed at Max's fingers and thankfully, when Mark burst into the room, Max let go and barrelled towards the trio. I quickly covered myself up with a blanket since I was in my bra and undies. Wow, this was humiliating as well as terrifying. But why did Max bite me?

    Mark met Max head on, going in with a right hook to the face. One of his buddies helped him out while the other ran up to check on Mi. "You alright?" he asked, kneeling by the bed urgently.

    I trembled as Max went down, getting pinned. I looked to Tobias, Mark's friend and nodded. "I'm okay. Just afraid."I coked out, tears running down my slender cheeks. "We n-need to call the police."

    Tobias nodded. "Just stay right here." Meanwhile, Max had gotten away, leaving Mark and his other friend Jake with several cuts and bruises in the proccess.

    I sobbed as Max escaped and then went over to Mark, brushing my fingersover his skin. "A-are you okay, Mark?"I whispered, hugging him tightly.

    Mark held Mia close and comforted her. "It's okay. We'll be fine. We'll catch him." Later, the cops came, got Max's description, and began to search for him. Mark's friends went home, leaving the two of them home alone.

    Mia sighed, spent from crying. She was curled up in Mark's arms, now wearing sweats. "I'm sorry you got hurt cause of me, Mark."she whispered, leaning up to kiss him.

    Mark kissed her back, smiling gently. "It's alright," he said. "You're okay now." However, suddenly Mia would get a big urge to....BITE Mark. Repeatedly.

    Mia jerked away. What was going on? She felt. . .weird. And then she scrambling away from mark, literally holding herself back from sinking her teeth into his neck. She darted outside but then pain overtook her as snow blew into her face. She coughed, dropping to her knees in the snow. Her body was changing forms, snapping her bones to make them conform to a different shape.


    //HAHAH!

    Mark ran outside after Mia. "Wiat!" He called out, regretting having kissed her. He thought that was why she ran away. "I'm sorry!" He stopped dead in his tracks and gasped as Mia began to transform.
