That is a list of our allies (the middle column). On the right is a list of ArcadianClanners. On the left is Regime members. Those two listed will go together to the clan listed in the middle and invite that clan to the ball. Your job is to scope out your partner in ArcadianClan and contact them to figure out who will make the invite thread and so on. Is that a bit more clear?
