And the problem with more high positions is a lack of regular members. While promotions are nice and all, I've seen a lot of clans have a mass overhaul due to the fact that everyone was getting promoted. It's especially common to see in smaller clans like this, too.

We should do some to BloodClan since they've been pulling little herb raids on us.

I personally like the fire and poisoning water ideas. They don't have much water in BloodClan, and it'd be super easy to start a fire.
