Chi sipped her tomato soup and immediately warmth flooded through her, this was her substitute for blood it tricked her vampire side everytime.

"So... Do you need to drink blood or can you eat normal food?" he asked after taking a sip himself. His body tempreture was always slightly warmer than other peoples so there was hardly any warmth from the bowl at all.
