Nightstorm and his sister Suntail padded through the marshy ground of ShadowClan. They heard of the clan existence and wished to join. They just hoped the clan cats wouldn't take their intrusion the wrong way. Nightstorm's black long fur flowed over the ground and his blue eyes glimmered in the light. Suntail's orange fur looked like the sun's rays itself. Her green eyes seeking cats.

Autumnshine and her apprentice Yewpaw had been patrolling the border.
"Now tell me what you smell." Autumnshine ordered, and Yewpaw raised her nose in the air."A mouse or two, a crow off in the distance, water from Fourtrees, and.. Intruders!" she hissed quietly in alarm.
"What?" Autumnshine growled softly, drawing in a breath too. She could also smell them, loners it seemed. No clan scent she could detect.
The black and orange she-cat stalked towards the source, signaling her black apprentice to follow her. When they got to the two cats, she stepped out from behind a bush abruptly, her paws sinking into the muddy ground giving her strength. This was her territory.
"Greetings," her voice rang out, strong and clear, blue eyes fixed on the two felines. Yewpaw stood next to her, her green gaze also studying them. "What brings you to Shadowclan?" -
"That's what I'd like to know" said Shadowblood appearing from the trees with a rabbit and a squirrel at his paws. He sat totally at ease in his territory licking his black fur, his russet stripes moved as the tom flexed his muscles and his golden eyes gleamed showing curiosity.
OOC: yes my character is showing off a bit -
The two she-cats turned at the sound of a new voice, and the smaller one, Yewpaw, sighed in relief when it was another Shadowclanner, not a loner.

Suntail stepped forward not intimidated at all. "My name is Suntail. This is my brother Nightstorm." she indicated with her tail at the big black tom who was staring at the two clan cats like fresh-kill. They hadn't eaten for days. "We have come to join ShadowClan."

"Very well. I suggest you come to the camp and see our leader." (OOC I forgot her name!) Shadowblood mewed.

"Hold on a second," Autumnshine lashed her tail, eyes narrowed suspiciously. "You two are just loners, right? Not in any other clans or anything?"
Yewpaws attention snapped back to her mentor when she interjected, eyes wide. -
"Good point" said Shadowblood his eyes turning from mild curiosity to suspicion within seconds.

"No we were originally rogues but we have decided that living alone with each other is boring and not healthy." Nightshade stepped forward challengingly. His gruff voice usually made most cats flinch back a little with surprise.
ooc: Sorry i have two cats in this clan now with the first part being Night. This one is Nightshade not Nightstorm... sorry again.

"Hmm. Fine, then. Follow me." Autumnshine meowed, not fazed by the tom. Yewpaw raised her eyebrows and followed her mentor, who didn't turn to see if they were following her.

Shadowblood picked up his prey and followed Autumnshine.

Nightshade and Suntail glanced at each other and then walked in step behind the cats.

When the cats got to camp Shadowblood dropped his prey on the freshkill pile and continued to follow Autumnshine.
OOC: Shouldn't we move this thread to the leader's den? -

Nightshade looked around the clearing and then just walked on with Shadowblood and Autumnshine.
Suntail on the other hand stood and gawked at the scene of the camp. "Wow." she breathed.

Shadowblood looked back at Suntail. "Heh heh. That's how I felt when I first got hear." he mewed in amusement.

Suntail laughed. "So you were a rogue too before you joined ShadowClan?"
Nightshade leaped forward to keep up with Yewpaw and the others leaving Shadowblood and Suntail behind him.

"I was a member Bloodclan then I became a rougue for many uh... painful reasons that I won't say right now..." said Shadowblood his voice a mix of pain and bitterness.

Suntail's face went from a wonderful smile to a sad frown. "What happened? Don't worry. You can tell me."
Her golden eyes spoke the truth as her orange fur turned to flame in the sunlight. she had always been the most trustworthy cat her friends ever knew. If Suntail ever told a lie she would eventually go insane until she spoke the truth. -
"Very well, my father was, and still is, a tyrant who used me and my sister to get what he wanted. When I grew up I fell in love with a half-clan turned rougue named Flowertail. She was so beautiful. We had three beautiful kits together. Suddenly my father, Blood, found it harder to comtrol me so he decided to kill the cats that made his influence on me lesson. He sent Venomfang, my own sister, to kill Flowertail and our kits. I found Venomfang standing over my kits with Flowertail already on the ground dead. I attacked and killed Venomfang and took my kits away from that place. I raised them in the ways of the warrior code and I asked a clan leader to make them into warriors. They later blamed me for Flowertail's death and they left to join Thunderclan. I joined Shadowclan so that I could watch them accross the Thunderpath. Now Blood is gathering followers to finish the job Venomfang started only I'm also on his list." said Shadowblood tears in his eyes as he told his pain filled life story.
