    Past:Leighs father and mother went to jail for robbing a bank. She is sent to live with her grandparents in the south on a farm. Leigh is devistated about it and she feels like life just isn't worth it, until she meets your character, and she instantly is in love.

    Past: David lost his mom to cancer 3 years ago. and still grieves from time to time. His dad is an alcoholic who is only getting worse and worse each day. He likes Leigh because she is kind to him. David also understands not being able to e close to your loved ones, so he can relate to her.

    Leigh got out of her grandpas car. She was so sad at the message coming from the police instead of her parents telling her themselves. She quickly grabbed her luggage, and walked up the stairs, she just happened to look to the right to see the whole farm. There was a boy standing under a maple tree,
    I'll go say hi later. Leigh thought. Her grandpa climbed up the stairs until he was right beside her "Who's that?" Leigh asked "Oh, w-well that's David. He's a very nice young man, I think he's about your age. He helps me with my farm... after you're finished unpacking, you should say hello." without waiting on an answer, her grandpa walked inside.
