Ooc~ Jay Thorn is the shy, quiet kid in the back of the class. He never steps out of line, never argues with anyone, and keeps a clean record. He gets bullied by people at school and abused by his drunk father. He cuts, and often comes to school in a deep depression. The only thing that keeps him going is you. He sees you in school, even though you barely know him. He loves you with all his heart, and he wishes to one day be able to speak to you. After school one day, Jay was being bullied outside the school, and you come to his rescue.

The bell rang, signaling the end of the day. I quickly stood up and rushed out the door. I didn't want to get beat up today. I made my way down the hall, and outside the school. As soon as I reached the courtyard, I was knocked to the ground. A hand grabbed me by the back of my hood and dragged me around the corner of the school. My attacker then pinned me to the wall. "Thought you could get away from me, Thorn?" the boy, named James, spat. Before giving me time to talk, he hit me in the face. I flinched. "J-James...Please....Not today..." I whimpered. James knee'd me in the stomach when I said that. "It's not your option, you wimp. Just take it like a man and quit being a coward!" He shoved me to the ground, and landed a few kicks on me. I shut my eyes, and bit my lip at the pain. How could nobody see what was going on?

I slowly gazed up when I heard a voice. Huh? Was that...? I gazed up, and blushed a little. James turned towards Lazarus, eyes narrowed. James growled a little. "Er...nothing. I was just finishing up." He turned to glare at me, and he walked away. I sat up, wincing a little at the sharp pain in my side.

I gazed up at Lazarus. It's him...Jay, don't do something really stupid... I put my hand in his and stood up. "Er...I'm fine....I think....Thanks..." I wanted to facepalmed myself. My how my stutter cripples me sometimes. No matter who I talked to, I would heavily stutter.

I may have been lying a little, but I don't want to let him know the full story. If he goes after James, then he'll know I told someone about me getting bullied every day. Ic~ I walked into the courtyard, gazing around. I couldn't see James anywhere, which was a relief. I walked over to an oak tree in the courtyard and sat at the base of the tree. I took out my notebook and started sketching to pass the time.
