• This is my first thread here, probably the only if it doesn't work... BUT I can't be the only one who loves the Alien vs. Predator movies. I wanted to make an rp about it. Here it goes

I can post my characters form if someone joins, after all this was an idea

My character- who is one of the Predators(Yautja), is stranded on Earth after his ship crashes, there were Xenomorph(Alien) eggs aboard his ship and a few of them hatched and escaped during the crash. Tracking one of the Aliens that is heading straight into your girl hometown, he becomes injured and passed out in her back yard. Though what will happen after that, who knows, maybe she helps him and he stays in her place to rest? And every moment he waists the Aliens are terrorizing the town. What happens after.. Well that's what the role play is for

    Predator- Rped by Me Dark

    Girl- ?...

  • Okay so there are a few thing you need to know just so you know what both species look like and some of their attributes

    Alien (Xenomorph)-
Long skeletal like tail with spear like end on the tail. Their blood is acid that can melt through skin and bone, they are quick, driven by nature to hunt and kill, as well as the extra jaws within it's mouth that shoot out.

    Predator (Yautja)-
They are tall reptilian-humanoid aliens that live for hundreds of years longer then humans, they have claws instead of nails, and some of the tall end range at 10-11 feet tall. Instead of hair they have thick waxy-appearing dreads decorated with metal rings. Their skin is only a little harder then human skin due to the reptilian like skin, not scaled but in color and the way they retain heat in their bodies quickly, there for they do not do well in cold cold weather.

  • (well anyways, if you still choose to join you can, I know a lot of people probably dont even know these movies. Which can be unfortunate for a huge fangirl such as myself.)

  • Looks like I am going to have to see about watching Predator movies, I've seen the whole Alien series. What all do you want to know about my character or is it a fly by the seat of our pants?

  • haha in my opinion they rule ;) oh and if you do watch those, then next up would be Aleins Vs. Predator lol

I would say appearance really, thats the only thing. Also 'fly by the seat of our pants?'? <-- I am not new to the world of rp, but i have never heard of this before *scratches chin curiously*

The post was edited 1 time, last by DarkHalo_OfTheNight ().

  • I used to think that but you watch the movies so many times and read so many fandoms- that you wish they existed haha

anyways if you are ready to rp I can start ^.^

  • (alright)

Jul made his way through the human establishment backyards, one hand over a large gash on his stomach that was located a few inches about his left hip. His neon green blood dripped onto the grass in a steady dripping trail, his vision blurred and he found it hard to regain his breath. Though he still had his cloaking device on, allowing the ambient light to grant him 'invisibility'. He was unaware about the sprinklers that went on to keep the human yards green, and as he slowed to a dizzying halt behind a house, they flicked on and soon he was drenched. Though he did not remember passing out, the eight foot alien hit the ground with a heavy thud, his cloaking device had glitched and stopped working due to the water. And there he lay, red mask on to hide his bipedal mandibles and stomach covered in green blood- the time for the humans was approximately 6:30 am, though he was unaware or able to even move in his state.

  • Iridium groans and rolls over on her bed. Hands tucked up close to her head gripping her pillow. Her sleep schedule was all off and lately she found herself waking up to the sprinklers turning on. The faint tick tick ticking sound of them going only so many degrees to either the left or right rubbed her nerves raw. With another groan she sits up and rubs the sleep from her eyes. Either she had imagined it or she had actually heard the sound of a thud in the backyard. Either way she was going to check it out. She gets out of bed and grabs a jacket from a bed post. Slipping it on she quietly walks out of her room and to the living room where the sliding glass doors led to the backyard. Upon reaching the glass doors she peers out at the green grass to see Jul. She allows her forehead to thud against the glass, eyes closed and her right hand rubbing above her right eye. 'Am I still dreaming? This better be a dream...'

  • Jul had heard the thud, his fingers twitched and there was a series of quiet airy clicks from behind his mask. He forced himself to turn his head slightly, though his mask was reading a heat signature, he could not form the humans outline with his blurred vision. With a slight growl his head conked back against the ground again, it only had to fall a few centimeters since he lacked the energy to lift his heavy head and mask. The big gash in his side did not stop bleeding, though to humans it may seem like radioactive liquid or some other, but it was his life that was smeared across his abdomen and dripping down onto the grass. His chest was rising and falling rapidly and Jul was coming to the conclusion, he would die here on this world, never to see the solar flares back at his home planet ever again.

  • Figuring that she might as well check it out and conclude whether it was real or not she opens the glass door. Not having a single clue as to what she would do if it were real, it's not like these kind of creatures lived on earth. She cringes as the cold water sprays across her giving her a huge wake-up call. Her eyes widen from the shock but she pushes on. Water soaked flimsy pieces of grass bend underneath her bare feet. Once reaching the being Iri freezes and stares down at him. His green blood was a little too bright to mix in and camouflage among the darker green grass. Deep down she knew that she should help it but another part of her feared it. Letting out a long exhalation she crouches down and begins to examine the wound not worrying about what this creature could do to her. Nothing but maybe an insect would have green blood she there isn't a way she could replenish it but maybe if she closed it up in time it could replenish it itself? Hesitantly she gently shakes his body,"...I can't carry you alone..." Not knowing what else to say she just stares at it, examining, curious as to it's body structure. As of right now she is in college working to getting her doctorate in veterinarian medicine, especially specializing in equine science. For the same reason she was going to college to become a veterinarian she was helping him.

  • Jul heard a voice, it wasnt in his native language though- was it the human? Dragging his thoughts away from that dreaded dark veil that threatened to pull him to death, he opened his eyes beneath his mask and slowly rolled his head to look up at her. The female human was soaked from the sprinklers and she appeared to be quite tired, if he had the strength he could have ended her life with the blades in his gauntlet, but he didnt. The way she was speaking- looking at him even, there was no fear. He let out an amused click and nodded slowly, she wasnt running away like most humans did. So Jul assumed that she was trying to help. Then he began to force himself to get up, since he had lost a fair amount of blood the task was a stressful and energy consuming one. Jul tottered a bit once he was on his feet, then turned his red masked face down to the woman. Oh he was tall and quite intimidating even, yet she stood there like he was something that... what... bored her?

  • (Btw LOVE your writing :) )

Pushing away and slicking back strands of hair behind her ears she lifts her head up and fully gets a good look at his wound. Being below average height gave her a disadvantage but luckily she wasn't too short. Analyzing his height she knew that she wouldn't be able to bear much of his weight for she would be in too much pain or nearly crushed. Instead she points to the open glass door that leads into her house. A small two bedroom house. Hardly any furnishings decorate the place but luckily she has a couch large enough to fit his height. Walking over to the glass doors she steps inside and waits, watching his movements to see how well he is fairing on getting in on his own.

  • (oh why thank you :P it's an odd style, sometimes i tend to switch from different persons, though it can make for an intriguing rp style I find)

Jul watched her for a moment and he judged whether or not she was tricking him, when could humans ever be trusted? Whenever one of his Yautja brothers was caught by the humans, they would take him and experiment. He had heard tales of these very rare occurring but he was in desperate need of rest to say the least. He took a step forward and hunched over a bit, one clawed hand pressing against the gash, as he let out a low growl that was filled with a pained whine. One could mistake it for a groan but the Yautja didnt sound to human like, despite having learned most of their language. He didnt bother to tell her tat, nor did he even think of speaking her language- as he was in to much pain to bare. Bracing a hand against the frame of the back-sliding door, Jul stumbled inside with his dreads swinging down over his shoulders into open air in front of his large pectorals.
