Ooc:
Ic: Orion watched as she collapsed to the floor in a heap, speaking with a cynical laugh. He sighed as she spoke, her words only attesting to why she couldn't hit the target. Immediately, Orion blushed as she fell onto her back, Raven's legs spread out. He could easily see her tight underwear from her position, molded around her lips. He averted his eyes, a deep blush on his face as he looked at the wall for a moment. Shaking his head, he calmed himself. He walked over to her, shrugging his shoulders as she asked what the point was. "What's the point in anything, Raven? Obviously there's a goal you're trying to reach, which is perfection, but you don't seem to be doing it for yourself." He proposed, he stood to the side of her, leaning his body so his face and hers were near each other. Her crystal blue eyes glinted in the moonlight, tear filled. With a soft look in his oceanic eyes, Orion took a seat next to hear, laying down so that their bodies and heads were only a few centimeters apart. There was a large skyview in the roof, allowing them to look at the stars. Ever since the Demons appeared, the milky way could be seen in the sky again. The light pollution had been reduced significantly, and the stars once again guided humans at night. He sighed, a smirk on his lips as he looked up. "I used to want to be an astronomer, before the catalyst. I'm obsessed with the stars, with the thought of reaching out and leaving our world. There's something so humbling about it." Orion whispered, the streak of the milky way bright in the dark sky. It looked like a flurry of colors painted onto a black canvas. "But after the catalyst, I decided that helping people was more important. For if the demons wiped us out, there'd be nobody to explore the stars, nobody for the astronauts to return to." He added, turning his head to look at Raven, his face dangerously close to hers. "The question is, are you working to become a Guardian so that you help people and better yourself, or are you doing it to earn your mother's pride?" His face was literally centimeters away from hers as she turned to look at him. He could smell her minty breath, making him feel slightly flustered. He gave a small, white toothed smile at Raven as he waited for the girl's response.

As Raven lay against the mat, her eyes closed tightly as she tried to stop from crying with frustration in front of the boy. Hearing his comment about what the point ever was, her cerulean eyes forced themselves open as she stared up at the ceiling, holding behind it the billions of shinning stars in the night sky. Sighing, the girl closed her legs as she brought her hands up to twine her fingers and lay the procelian pale hands against her abdomen. "It was always for my mother...I had to be the perfectionist for her...I had to be just like her so I could live up to the last name, Xavier. I needed to be perfect for my mother so I would be accepted." Raven admitted, her voice cracking slightly as she spoke. She had never shown such raw emotion before...but somehow the boy brought out the little trapped emotions she had held by the cage she had built around them so long ago. How was he so able to tear her down when she was the strongest wall, secured by concrete. He was so easily unlocking her whirling mind that she hadn't even realized it...he was making her loose a bit of her herself from the moment they bumped into each other at the library. Why was it so easy for him to knock down her walls, unlock her cage, when she could not even do it herself? Letting out a heavy, shaky breath, the violet haired girl ran a hand through her perfect locks, even her hair was consider perfect, as she felt the male lay down next to her. Their shoulders brushing with every breath they took, constantly, never shooing away from the other.

As Raven listened to Orion, the girl could literally feel her heart swelling. It was pounding so hard in her chest and she felt as if she were going to get sick from the truth. The realization of her being a perfectionist for her mother. Closing her eyes once again, the girl held them shut tightly as if she were dreaming and she was going to wake up any second. When she opened her eyes again, everything was still the same. She couldn't wake herself from the hidden truth held within her heart. "Always for mother...everything I did...was for her...but I was never good enough. Never strong enough. I wasn't able to do anything to make her happy...if I won this prize or that award...she never smiled, never appreciated what I did for her. She was my role model...my everything. When my dad past away, I thought I needed to grow as strong as my mother so I could protect those I love." Raven whispered, finally stating the truth she had lost so long ago. Turning her sapphire gaze to meet his oceanic one, the girl bite her bottom lip as she fought against the tears that were making their way to her eyes. That's why she wanted to be a guardian. She wanted to protect those who couldn't protect themselves. She wanted to be the hero, like in the fairytales, the one everyone cheered for. It was always her dream. To be the savoir. "That was my hope, my goal. I wanted to protect people. I wanted to be strong enough to fight the evils in the world...until my dad died and my whole mind was corrupted with making my mother proud....but what do you know about hopes and goals? All you've had to worry about is if something will be too boring for you or not. Even in the shadow lands your only goal was surviving...I could ask you the same question...are you really wanting to become a Guardian or are you just filling the void of unwanted boredom?" Raven asked, her thick British accent seeping into her words with a small bite to them. She wasn't trying to be rude or anything...she just didn't like being on the spot...especially when the tears on her cheeks were so easily driven from the stone, cold cage of her mind. She would never forgive herself for being weak, for not seeing her true goal all along.

    Ooc:
Ic: Orion took a deep breath as Raven spoke, glad he had finally broken through her hard exterior. He listened to her speak about being a perfectionist, listened to her speak about her mother. He just listened to her, her heart flowing through her words as she talked. He could already feel the difference in Raven, even if all she did was acknowledge her emotions. His eyes suddenly widened as she asked him about himself, his goals. He blushed even harder once she noted his boredom. He felt reluctant to share, but quickly realized the hypocrisy in that. Sighing, he turned his head to her, their faces unnervingly close to one another.

"The Shadow Lands made me realize one thing, everybody's goal is survival, whether their efforts indirectly or directly affect if they survive. I was practicing direct survival in the Shadow Lands, afraid for my physical well being. But indirect survival, that's what life is based around, or at the very least what's most important to us. You sought for your mother's pride because you felt as if you couldn't or didn't want to exist without it, so we make these things essential. When we don't successfully indirectly survive, our spirit breaks, we lose our hopes and dreams, our aspirations." He paused, elaborating his philosophy to Raven. "So, i'm wanting to directly help humanity survive so people may worry about indirect survival. In places like the Shadow Lands, there's no time to worry about your psyche, no time to ponder the meaning of morality. It's just full of fear, adrenaline, and suffering. I want to save humanity so that we don't return to this primitive existence, it is hell to me in every sense of the word. Indirect survival has created philosophies, literature, poetry, science. Without it, we're nothing but matter, molecules just floating in space. Indirect survival is our humanity, and it is not capable of existing in a world consumed by demons. Whatever they are, they are assuredly the antonym to humanity. I think we all have only one shot at life, and my goal is to assure that others will be able to live in a world that is not the one I lived in for those years." His voice had turned cold, stony. There were tears in his eyes as he recalled his time in the Shadow Lands, as he tried to remember his mother. Orion thought that the ability to think and contemplate, to be humane was the single most important thing, and desperately wanted to preserve it. "So yes, I get bored, I am bored. I've been subject to a type of living that nobody has lived to remember, and I have never recovered. I consider it hell, but it's also the only thing that gets my blood pumping and my mind working. It's ironic, I guess." He breathed, his cool aqua eyes peering into hers.

Raven sighed softly as the male talked on and on about how to be human is too be human, not ruled by technology or demons. Shivering slightly, the fighter glared up at the stars above their head, their faces close enough that Raven could smell his mint breath mixed with the van of tea he probably had for lunch. Chuckling softly, the girl shook her head slight at how philosophic the boy was being. She would be just the same but not at the moment, not with so many emotions breaking down her walls. "That was deep. You're smart, an amazing fighter, and...not too bad looking." Raven mumbled as she turned her cerulean gaze to stare into his oceanic one, a smile on her porcelain face. How could this boy be so deep, so compassionate as too tell her why he was there at Jay academy and why he was becoming a guardian. Be was so passionate about his little hopes and dreams it was...quiet refreshing too see someone like him. Someone she wish she could be. Taking in a deep breath, Raven let it out softly through her nose as she glanced down towards the mat under the two before the girl shifted her weight to lay on her left side, staring into Orion's eyes even better now as their bodies got even closer to each other, if that was even possible. "You're...amazing, Orion. Really...truly amazing." Raven whispered sweetly, a light blush dusted get cheeks as she reached up with cold fingers and brushed her fingers through her silky violet hair, a smirk on her face. "I think...I think I'll try shooting again." She whispered sweetly, their faces so close their noses were just slightly brushing as she laughed quietly, her eyes staring down at her chest as she sighed softly, "But...I doubt I can even make the slightest arrow hit the target." Raven mumbled under her breath, her eyes half-lidded as she stared down.

    Ooc:
Ic: Orion smirked as complimented him, her cerulean gaze meeting his eyes. The light landed on her face just perfectly, accentuating her fine bone structure and illuminating her porcelain skin. He violet hair fell in luscious waves as he replied. "I could say the same about you ten times over." He mumbled back to Raven as she shifted her weight to her left side, whom gave a small breath and a glance at him. Orion felt flustered by the lack of distance between them, her large breasts practically pressing against his chest as their eyes locked onto one another. He blushed fiercely at her whispers, now clearly embarrassed. "I'm the glad the feeling is mutual." He returned her smile, watching as her hand moved through her silky soft violet hair. He giggled slightly at the sensation of their noses brushing against each other. He nodded his head with a grin, glad she was wanting to try again. His eyes narrowed as she looked down, doubting herself. "You'll never be able to make the arrow do anything, you can only guide it to the best of your abilities and hope a wind doesn't come along. It's kind of like life, in that regard." He raised his eyebrows, indicating that the statement applied to more than just archery. Raven would never be able to make herself her vision perfect, but as long as she did the best she could do, she would be perfect.

Propping himself up on his elbow, Orion's chest brushed across Raven's as he made his way from the floor. He sat up, taking her hand as they stood up. Guiding towards the bow and quiver of arrows in the dimly lit training hall, Orion made no attempt to take his hand from hers. He gave a breath once they reached the equipment, bending over to grab the bow and an arrow. He stood back up, glancing at Raven as he handed her the bow and arrow. He moved behind her as she took her stance with the bow, lifting it up to face the dummy. Quietly, almost in a seducing and romantic manner, Orion wrapped his arms around Raven. He put a hand on her muscular stomach and one on her lower back, adjusting her form by straightening her back. Once done, his hands moved to hers, grabbing her by the wrists in order to guide her. "You have to let go of your desire to be perfect. If you try to force the arrow to where you want it to go, you will never be able to do it. You must have a clear mind, one void of overbearing expectations." He whispered to her, his mouth so close to her ear she could probably feel the heat of his breath. Her back and rear pressed against him as she notched the arrow, his hands guiding hers. She drew back, pressing them even closer together as she aimed at the dummy. Her breathing was deeper than before, she was much calmer. "Just let go, Raven. Let go of the expectations, let go of the need to be perfect." He muttered, his hands retracting from her wrists as she aimed. He took a step back, watching the girl with cerulean eyes and violet hair close her eyes for just a moment. When she opened them, the arrow went loose, spiraling through the air. With a satisfying thud, the arrow buried itself directly into the heart of the dummy. A large smile formed on Orion's face as the arrow connected, watching Raven expectantly.

It was perfect...everything was just...perfect. No one word could describe the bubbly, joyful feeling the girl's stomach as she laid beside the boy. Every secret shared, every laugh, every brush of skin against one and the other. It was all...a dream. It had to be. No way had Raven ever felt so light, carefree in her life until this moment with Orion. With this somewhat stranger. It was all too heavy in her foggy mind, swirling with heavy smoke as she tried to remember the last time she felt so...so...relieved. Watching with cerulean blue eyes as the male before her began to get up, their chests brushing painfully slow against each other, as he dragged her to her feet. He was saying something now but nothing was reaching the girl's ears, all she could focus on now was getting the arrow to flow through the current of disappointment. The flow of disappointment was strong, she was going to have to give it her all to break free from this torturous abyss. The ever-growing darkness that would consume her if not for a single light just out of her reach. This time, she was going to reach that light. She was going to break free of the chains that held her back in her own Wonderland. This time, she wasn't going to give into her selfish desires. Raven was doing this for herself. Not for her. Being positioned by the male, his cool fingers dancing across her skin like the wind, sending shivers up and down her spin as her shoulders straightened back, an arrow being drawn to lightly press against the girls flushed cheek. She could finally hear the soft whispers from his lips, that perfect pink skin telling her to let go. Let everything go. And she was bound to do so.

"Let. Go..." The teen mumbled from a breath as she breathed her desires away, leaving nothing but hot empty air in her body as she pointed the air at the target's heart. Briefly she closed her eyes, letting out another shaky breath as she whispered; "I'm done playing your game." and flashed her bright blue eyes open and she let loose of the air. Everything slowed to nothingness. Time itself stopped as if it held it's breath as the arrow soared through the darkness, cutting it away like God's light, and struck through that tiny light just out of her reach that now Raven held in her procelian hands. The arrow hit it's mark. Perfect. Right in the heart. She watched with realization that she had finally over came all of her once bone-crushing fears. She was able to do something that she had not for years all because she wished to be perfect...and now. She truly was perfect. Perfect enough to see pass the blinding darkness to an evading light; he was her light. The bow slipped from her fingers, falling to the floor with a hollow thud but nothing registered in her light-filled mind as she turned around to stare at Orion.

"I let go..." Raven breathed out before she was running and embracing the boy before her. Her arms lightly, yet tightly, gripping around his neck as she hugged the male. Digging her nose into the boy's neck, she gave a joyful sob as she squeezed the male within her arms. "Thank you..." The violet haired beauty whispered as she leaned back to stare into Orion's eyes, slowly a blush forming on her cheeks as realization slipped into her mind as she stood with her arms around his neck, chest pressed against him heavily, and his arms wrapped around her waist tightly and her hips pressed against him and she was losing it all...losing every inch of her being and slowly she was tipping his head down and she was moving forward as she slipped completely out of herself as she was moving her lips into meet Orion's.

    Ooc:
Ic: Orion watched on as the girl dropped the bow, a moment of silence taking the room. She turned slowly, a smile forming on his lips as she spoke in surprise. Before he could register what was happening, Raven had to him, embracing him in a very tight hug, her breasts pressing against his chest as her arms wrapped around his neck and her face buried into his chest. He blushed hotly as his arms instinctively put themselves around her hips, pulling her groin into his, exciting him slightly. He felt pride for Raven swelling within him as he moved to stare up at him, her gorgeous cerulean eyes gleaming with excitement and slight embarrassment. He nodded his head ever so slightly in response to Raven, her long, violet hair falling in luscious waves. He was lightheaded by the moment, the girl was unnervingly close, her breasts pressing against his chest as her head moved closer to his. Unknowingly, his head was moving towards hers. He wasn't trying to stop it, but he doubted he'd be able to prevent it if he tried.

Orion's arms gripped her hips as their lips met, pulling them in so close that he was sure she could practically feel his groin rub into hers. Her full, pink lips touched his, sending a fire raging in his stomach. As they kissed, he realized how bad he had been wanting this. More so, he realized he hadn't wanted or cared about anything as much as Raven in a long time. Something in his mind turned on, as if flipping on a switch was off ever since he returned. Her body and lips almost made Orion melt, his tongue meeting hers as he slipped it past her mouth. Each time their lips met, he instinctively pulled her in even tighter. He lost himself in Raven, their lips moving across each other as the moon dimly lit the training hall. The sound of their lips parting over and over echoed through the room. Orion gave a shudder as he pulled his lips from hers after several long moments. His forehead was to hers, their bodies still pressing against each other as he looked into her eyes. "You're something else, Raven Xavier." He muttered, looking into her cerulean gaze before moving to meet her lips once again, completely transfixed on the beauty before him.

It was more than she could have ever imagined. Skin on skin. Lips on lips. It was far more than anything she could have dreamed of. Only in one's wildest dreams did a kiss like this spur up. Their lips moved in sync, even if this was Raven's first experience with kissing, their bodies flushed together as her fingers were wrapped into his hair at the nape of his neck. Their lips slicked together and that was all anyone could hear for miles, their lips moving sweetly together and their heartbeats beating in the same pattern. Biting his bottom lip gently as his tongue moved swiftly across her bottom lips, granting him access their tongues collided in a hot, passion as the two tried to gain dominance over the other. It was all too much for words, all too great for the likes of someone like her to be having such a moment. Her eyes closed, chest pressed against his and their groins brushing ever so slightly against each other, sending waves of heated chills through Raven's body. She had never felt this way before, never wanting something so badly before. She slightly shifted her hips against his, making the two rub up against each other even more and a moan escaped her lips and was sent into Orion's mouth before their lips were parting from each other.

Panting softly, the girl chuckled even softer as she watched Orion move back in for another kiss after whispering something quietly. "Oh...and you are even more so, Orion." Raven whispered just as their lips found each others again and they were lip-locked into another heated passion. Her fingers slipped from his hair and slowly, tortuously, down his arms and back up. Moving her procelian hands to run down Orion's chest feeling every taunt muscle under the thin fabric of his shirt, teasing her even more so when she brushed her fingers over his abdomen, moaning in sweet frustration as she felt a want, no a need, to rip his shirt off right then and there but never moved to do so without his permission first.

    Ooc:
Ic: A light moan escaped Orion's lips as he felt Raven's hips move, pushing her groin into his as their torsos pressed against each other. Their tongues fought for dominance, occasionally stroking each other's lips as the two kissed. He blushed hotly as she practiced one of his biggest turn ons, biting his bottom lip ever so gently. He smirked slightly as she replied before moving back in, the insatiable craving for Raven building inside of him. He wanted more of her, he wanted all of her. He could hardly control himself as her hard body brushed against his, her porcelain hands tracing their path on the skin of his arm. He felt her hand on his torso, a ragged breath coming from him as she brushed his abdomen, her hand gripping the shirt as if she was tempted to tear it off. The rhythm between them was perfect, each matching each other's move seamlessly as their lips pressed against each other. He gave a nod to the violet haired girl, as if saying it was okay. His own actions only affirmed this, his hands finding their under her shirt. His arms were still wrapped around her back, but now his arms pressed against her curvy back, ready to strip her shirt off at a moment's notice.

Breaking contact once again, Raven watched as the boy nodded his head before his cold fingers danced across the bare of her back, under her taunting top. Smirking, the violet haired female leaned in and gave the boy another deep kiss, biting his bottom lip again and tugging ever so gently at the flesh before leaning her head back to stare into oceanic blue eyes. Reaching up, the girl ran her fingers from the bottom of his shirt to his muscular chest before wrapping her arms tightly around Orion's neck, pulling her body even closer to his. If it was possible. The girl chuckled lightly as she moved one finger to trail back down his body, stopping at his collar in a teasing manner, her eyes half lidded and filled with a blue, hazy lust as she peered up at Orion. "Not here...let's get back to the dorm." Raven whispered as she tugged at his collar and drew their faces closer together. Kissing him softly, seductively, teasingly, before she was pulling back and grabbing his hand and leading him back to the dorm. She couldn't believe how ragging her hormones were, couldn't believe how she had never seen her light shinning so bright...even as he stood, ran, and breathed beside her.

After running down extremely long corridors, the two finally made it back to the dorm and after following Orion into their dorm her head was spinning as she was pinned against the wooden door by a devilish hard body, lifting her off of the floor as Orion held her up. Smirking, the girl cupped the side of his face with her procelian hands as her legs lifted up around his waist and drew him nearer. "Wow Orion...if this is what...you were going to do to the French girl...I would have taken a French class." Raven teased through a heavy panted breath before she was diving back into the sweet, minty taste of Orion's lips, her fingers gripping his collar as she ripped his shirt open and threw it off of him, running her fingers down his now bare chest as she grinded against the male.

    Ooc:
Ic: Orion nodded in response to the girl, her lips pressing against his after suggesting they head to the dorm. As they paced through the halls, he closely observed Raven, who held his hand, leading them to their living space. Her back was extremely fit, muscular and curvy at the same time. He was nearly drooling at the site, all he wanted to do was take rip that shirt off of her...

The walk from the training hall to the dorm gave Orion time to calm. His hormones were still raging, and he still desperately wanted Raven, but something felt off. He had never went as far as he predicted they were about to go with anyone. His mind was a blur as his thought began to contradicts his drunken lust. He wanted his first time to be something he'd remember, something sentimental. While the nigh was romantic in its origins, he couldn't deny that it had transitioned from seductive romance to mindless lust and desire. He wanted to stop, but his desire for her was overbearing. He thought of all the times he found himself watching her, how badly he wanted to see and feel what was under her clothes. He wanted to be more familiar with her body than a cartographer with his own map. And yet, something stopped him. The moonlight broke through the window as they walked, illuminating Raven's skin and hair, giving her a divine appearance. Before Orion knew it, they were back back in the dorm, and he was instinctively pressing her against the now closed door.

He lifted her up, his hands under her thighs as she wrapped her legs around him, her groin grinding against his at an angle, causing him to moan slightly. Orion blushed deeply at her teasing, the feeling of her cold hands cupping his cheeks sending shivers down his spine, which only server to increase the power behind the grinding of his hips. "I've been wanting to do this since the minute I saw you. No way in hell that girl even compares." He replied, a breathless chuckle escaping him before she dove back towards his lips. A ragged breath and a small yelp of surprise came from Orion as Raven ripped his shirt, tearing it off of him as their tongues fought for dominance. He moaned ever so slightly at the sensation of her hands brushing against his chest, the sensation feeling like fire across his skin. Slowly, his hands found themselves under the front of her shirt. As his hands traced their way up her muscular stomach, the shirt followed. He began to feel the curvature of her breast, their bodies coming closer. He realized if he continued, there would be no going back. His body shook in lust, his shaft so erect that it was bulging from his sweat pants, grinding against Toma's barely covered lips. He wanted her so badly! He couldn't take it, in a swift movement he dropped Raven to her feet, taking a few steps back, breathing deeply. He sighed, looking at the bewildered face of the girl. Catching his breath before he spoke, Orion put a hand to the back of his head, rubbing it. "I'm sorry, Raven. I just... I just want my first time to be something more than lust driven hormones. I don't just want to f*ck you because you're hot, I want to make love to you because you're you, and I think we're disregarding the romantics right now." He blushed deeply as he confessed to her, bowing slightly in apology. "I respect you too much to do this when we're in this state." He added, bowing deeper apologetically. He raised himself up, looking into her cerulean eyes expectantly. He didn't want her to feel as if he didn't want to. He wanted to so desperately, so badly... But he wanted it to be something more than just lust driven sex, he wanted it to mean something.

Raven's breathing had become ragged as she panted in and out between their lips, trying to form a single thought of why she should stop this lustful actions but...nothing came into the geniuses head. Ask she ever wanted was perfection, he was her perfection. Her helping hand, her guiding light. As age felt his fingers crawling up her under her shirt, teaching her toned stomach and moving even further up until his hands were so close to her breasts, her mind was twirling with ecstasy and all she could think was; "Almost there...almost there..." As hey insanity grew for the want of this boy to actually touch her. Their lips in another battle and this was going all so well, their tongues tired and his hands finally reaching the curve of her breasts, hidden under her sports bra and she couldn't help but believe that this was all she had every wanted. Someone like Orion to hold her close, keeping the fragile girl from splitting into thousands of pieces...this was all she would every need was just his touch...

Raven was being dropped, her back hitting the door hard as her bottom collided with the carpet of the dorm, sending tinglings of poison throughout her body as she stared blankly, and bewildered, at Orion who was backing away from her. He was apologizing, he didn't want to do this with her because of the lusty instead of the romance. Was that truly it our was it something else; unspoken to the violet haired beauty. Trembling, the girl stumbled to her feet, pressing hey back heavily against the door for support as she stood, her mouth agape at the boys statement. Shaking her head, Raven put a hand to her forehead as a headache began to pound away in her skull. Her eyebrows tilted in towards each other as she tried to form a sentence worthy enough to keep her anger in check. "What...do you think this is, Orion? A joke? Because if it is...it is not funny. I don't see how you think this is just hormones talking...you were, you are my arrow. I mean..." Raven muttered, trying to find the right words to say through her ear-blaring headache. What was she trying to say? To tell him he was get only hope? Would he even understand? Shaking get head, Raven peered up at Orion with dark cerulean eyes that were clouded and foggy with confusion. "I mean you're my light...through the darkness. I faced my greatest fear because of you...I...you can't just...drop me back into the swallowing darkness..." She whispered, mostly to herself as if Orion wasn't even there. Hey mind was so confused, she had no idea what to feel after perfect herself and still...she was bring rejected by Orion. The shadow land boy. The one who store her heart the first day. Trembling the girl grunted in anger and frustration before she pushed past the male and moved toward the stairs to go to her room. "I'm going to bed then...I can't deal with the darkness...not again, I can't..." Raven whispered, her heavy British accent peeking through with each word as she rambled on like a mad woman, fingers and knees trembling as she tried to move up the stairs without falling. "Bloody hell...I can't...even go up the status right anymore...I can't, I can't." She breathed between each step she tried to take. How was she to be perfect if the boy who casted her out of the imperfect darkness only to shove her right back in after a few chaste kisses? What kind of person was she to fall for such imperfect demands from her own being, her shellfish desires once again.

    Ooc:
Ic: Orion stared on with a pang of guilt as she spoke, she didn't believe anything he had just said. She was assuming there was an ulterior reason for him stopping, when in all honesty he was being as straight forward as he could be. He blushed at her next statement, "You're my light." He felt a deep sense of honor and happiness as she said it, but quickly realized the context in which they were said. She felt as if he was abandoning her, like he grew uninterested, bored. In truth, Raven was the most riveting thing Orion had encountered since he had returned from the Shadow Lands. He watched as she stated she was going to bed, sadness filling him as she struggled to go up the stairs. "Raven, please, do not make this out to be more than it is. No, our night was not one filled with hormones. What we just shared in there..." He paused, looking at her with pleading, aqua eyes. "What we shared was something I've never felt before, but what we were doing just now was a far cry from that, at least for me. I want to share this with you at the right time, I don't want to heedlessly throw it away because of my desire for you." He told her, walking up the steps she just made her way up. She was already at her door, opening it. "I'm not throwing you back into the darkness, Raven. I'm trying to assure the light doesn't go out." The door slammed in his face, the wind from it blowing back his hair.

Sighing in aggravation, Orion walked into his room somberly, a crestfallen look about him as he collapsed onto the bed. He felt horrible for what had just occurred, it was indescribable. By trying to preserve their flame, had he smothered it? Was what they had already extinguished? Orion dreaded the thought of returning to the monotonous boredom he faced every day. Raven was refresher to that, she too was his light that saved him from the darkness that enveloped him ever since he returned to the Shadow Lands. His thoughts raced, his face twisted in contemplation as he his eyes began to close over time, tiredness gripping him...

And with a slam of the her door, the conversation was over. Raven collapsed upon her bed, curling into a tight ball as she faded to darkness, her head heavy with sleep and she didn't see why she shouldn't fall asleep. It was less painful than facing the truth. With a tired yawn, the violet haired beauty soundly fell into a light sleep...

When her cerulean eyes fluttered open next, the timid girl was waking up to a loud ringing beside her head. Oh great, it was already morning...how much did she sleep? An hour? Two? Shaking her head as she raised a hand and slammed it against the clock before sitting up, exhausted written all over the girl as she moped out of bed. Crawling to her closet, she stripped away lasts nights training outfit and swiftly put on her usual battle outfit. No more trying to branch out with different styles of clothing. After rubbing the sleep from her eyes, which wasn't good enough to wake her up, the violet haired warrior moved her hips back and forth so quickly to move her feet to the bathroom fast enough so Orion wouldn't see her. Last night still clearly fresh in her mind but it was distant...cloudy, as if it all had been a dream...and if it had, Raven did not want Orion seeing it written across her face for the rest of the day. Cleaning up in the bathroom, the warrior was finally done and exited the space to slide her way down to the kitchen area to fetch something to eat before she would have to go to classes. One could clearly see how tired the girl was. Dark lines and folds etched across under her eye lids like makeup, but she wore none. Her movements were sluggish, even for Raven, and she seemed to be off balance every time she turned around. Opening the fridge door, cerulean eyes scanned the contents of the fridge before the violet haired beauty reached out and snatched up a can of juice with procelian hands before moving to begin to make herself some cereal.

    Ooc:
Ic: Orion's eyes fluttered open as his alarm sounded. The buzzing rang through his ears, aggravating him. He turned his alarm off swiftly, breathing deeply as he rubbed his tired eyes. He gave a frustrated moan as he recalled what had happened the night before. Although he was more then grateful for what occurred in the training hall, he couldn't say the same about what happened in the dorm. Dropping Raven, in both a figurative and literal sense. It was selfish of him to hold off after they had gone so far, but he wanted his first time to be something more than hormone driven sex. He didn't know how to express it, but he just didn't feel it that night. His physical desire for her began to crescendo the minute he saw her, and reached its maximum the night before.

Sighing softly, Orion moved to change out of his training clothes. He put on a sharp navy button up, a dark grey tweed jacket with black elbow patches being put on over it. His slim tweed suit pants matched his jacket, as well. Only buttoning the bottom button, Orion moved to spray himself with cologne before grabbing his backpack. He slipped on a pair of black retro reading glasses, looking at himself in the mirror for a moment before putting on his brown leather shoes. Moving out of the room with haste, Orion began to walk down the stairs, noticing Raven was already in the kitchen. He blushed fiercely once he made his way down, slowly approaching the girl. "Hey." He greeted in a timid manner, quickly thrusting his hand into the fridge to grab a fresh mango. Orion noticed how tired the girl looked, the dark lines under her eyes evident.

More heart-wrenching words have been spoken to her, more than just a simple 'hey' from a boy who haunted her sleepless nights now. Hearing Orion's voice was like an extreme wake up call to Raven. The hair's on her forearms and back of her neck stood on end and goosebumps rose to her cream colored skin. How foolish she was to be so jumpy around the boy now. Settling back down, the timid bird pushed her bowl of freshly made cereal and opened orange juice can to the table before sliding herself into the white cushion, and beginning to eat her meal. Having not slept much at all last night, the dark haired girl's head nodded a few times as she forced herself to stay awake as she ate. It was strange how the tough girl of Raven Xavier could become so weak after only one's nights lost of rest. She was suppose to be the star, held up so high on a platform that nothing could make her weak and frail...well, wasn't she wrong. Making a big tired yawn, the girl finally casted her gaze over towards Orion who stood with a mango in his hands before giving him a brief nod of her head and a very sophisticated; "Good morning." before returning to her breakfast. Eyeing her cereal just floating in the milk, the girl sighed and pushed herself up and out from behind the table's grasps and moved to pour out the remains of her meal, setting the bowl into the sink before gradually chugging down the orange juice and tossing the can away. After coughing for a few seconds, the bird waved her hand slightly before she headed towards the living room. "I'm going to go change my outfit. I'm not hauling around all this heavy armor today." Raven stated as she forced herself to ascend the stairs and push open the door to her room to change.

After stripped off the metal armor and leaving it near the door, she stripped off most of her clothes besides her bra and underwear, a trail of clothes leading towards her closet before she reappeared in a slim kimono, black leggings hugging her thighs nicely, white gloves, and a pair of wooden sandals that hugged her feet. Making tick's all the way back down the stairs, her sleek violet hair was held high in a white ribbon and swaying hypnotically side to side, followed along by her gorgeous hips. Her double swords laid in an 'X' formation on her waist where they were easy to grab and kill the first person who angered her. Stopping in the doorway of the kitchen, Raven made a small 'tch' sound as she glanced at a clock on the far wall; above the fridge. "We're going to be late for class." The bird chirped before moving towards the door, grabbing a single book from one of the several bookshelves near the door, and throwing it open as she made her way to class. Debating in her head whether to stop and wait for the male or kill him as she stood in the hall, arms crossed over her chest. She would simply just wait for him this morning; too tired to kill anyone just yet.

    Ooc:
Ic: Orion watched as Raven took a seat at the table with her glass of orange juice and cereal, a look of curiosity in his eyes. He was unsure as to how she'd reply, how she'd act after the night before. He stood at the table in the kitchen, pulling a knife from its holder to cut the mango he placed on the table. He sighed as he did so, his eyebrows raising as she bid him a good morning. He nodded his head at her, scooping a piece of mango into his hands and then into his mouth as Raven turned back to focus on her meal. The silence felt deafeningly awkward as she ate her cereal, the soft chopping sounds of the knife to the fruit periodically breaking it. Finally, the girl spoke, telling Orion she was going to change. He nodded his head and gave a grunt of acknowledgement, taking a bite from his breakfast. He moved to pick up a few books as Raven walked up the stairs, Orion feeling guilty as his eyes strayed to her butt as she did so. He rolled his eyes, opening his book as he waited for her to return.

He raised his eyes at the girl as she began to descend the stairs, her kimono and leggings fitting her body alarmingly well. He fought the irrational to urge to jump and rip it off of her as she stopped between the kitchen and the doorway, looking at the clock. "You look nice." He complimented as she noted how they were going to be late. He stood from his stool as she waited with her arms crossed in the hallway. He walked after her, pulling the door shut as he walked through the doorway. They began to walk in rhythm, the sound of Raven's wooden sandals clicking against the floor sounding like a clock counting down. Taking a deep breath after a few minutes of silence, Orion spoke. "You realize we should probably talk about what happened last night?" He asked her, his gaze fixating on her perfectly structured face.

Tick. Tick. Tick. The sound of Raven's shoes hitting the tiled floor with her wood sandal's was the only noise between the two for awhile as they moved side-by-side towards the classroom. The bird had ignored the male's comment about her outfit change and just didn't even acknowledge that he was standing beside her. After last night...how could she say 'thank you' when he dropped her like that...literally. Running her fingers through her violet bangs that hung just a little above her cerulean blue eyes as she dusted her fingers over her smooth skin in an attempt to calm the storming headache pounding in her head from loss of sleep. Her mind was so cluttered with last nights memories that when he had spoken up about talking about what had happened, her hand instantly went for one of her katana's hilt's while at the same time a look of instant rage flashed across her face, as she stared towards Orion. Shaking her head, Raven forced herself to stop and slowly just lower her hand to her hip. "You can't kill him now Raven...it would look bad on your end for indulging your blade into his neck only a week into school." The violet haired teen thought to herself, her eyes momentarily closing and her features calming as they walked down an empty hallway.

"As you can see...I'd rather not talk about it..." The bird chirped timidly, a hint of warning in her voice as she replied to the male, opening her eyes once again as she kept moving. Tick, tick, tick, "What's there to talk about anyways.?" She whispered through her shoe's hollow noises. Tick, tick, tick, "You dropped me." tick, tick, tick, "I wore my heart on my sleeve for a split second and... tick, tick, tick, "You dropped me." Raven mumbled, her eyes lowering to the ground as they stalked towards class continuously. There's nothing else to talk about." She added with a soft 'tch' noise, moving to speed up her pace a little bit; casually walking in head of him now as she did not want him to see the flustered tear-eyed look she wore as her feeling took mostly control of her tired mind.
