Puff shook her hand and they turned golden. She grabbed the Iron Tail and threw it aside. Her hand faded from with Focus Punch. "You need to focus" she told the teen.

Red stood up. "Ok." she said as she deep breathed. She used Ember at Puff strongly.

Puff jumped again, she knew that the teen wouldn't be able to hit her. Puff blew a sharp Icy Shards at Red. "Dodge it" she told the girl.

Red ran threw it, jumping from side to side

"Good agility" Puff commented, landing on the ground. "Come at me" she taunted.

Red used Ember again but it changed to Flame thrower.

Puff smiled. Finally she though. She jumped over top of the teen and used Icy Shard.

Red quickly dodged it and used slash.

Puff grabbed the slash with Focus Punch and threw the girl down. She was carful not to hurt her though.

Red quickly got up and used Flame thrower.

Puff jumped over Red. She jumped into the sunlight to give herself some cover. She quickly jumped into the tree tops. "Do you feel the energy inside of you?" she called down. "Let it come out" she cried with happiness.

Red started to glow a little. She jumped at Puff and let out a burst of fire from her mouth.

Puff looked at the glowing teen surprised, she wasn't sure if the girl was losing control. Puff jumped and used Bounce. She sky rocketed in to the air out of sight. She could still see the girl, thanks to her amazing vision.

Red started to change her appearance in the bright light.

Puff smiled, she wondered if Flame could see his sister now. She felt a slight bit of sadness, she missed her sister. She began to fall as the bright light got to it's strongest.

Red's hair grew longer and a deeper red, she was still wearing her white shirt but her orange dress turned darker to a red and it grew longer. She grew a little taller.

Puff landed in the bushed beside the changed girl. The transformation was amazing, she loved seeing it. "So?" Puff asked. "How do you feel?" she said her grin growing on her face.

Her tail grew longer and darkened to a red. The light flashed off and Red looked diffrent. "I feel great!" the red headed teen said happy.

"Well there you go" Puff congratulated. "Let's go and show your brother, I bet he has some food for us to" Puff winked at the older looking teen. Puff walked to were they set up camp.

Red followed.
Flame was finished with the food.
