Hmm...I'm not entirely sure of any outside of Germany and Switzerland, because Prussia is dead. Either would be tactical for taking over and using their armies.

Well it's all based on strategy. If Switzerland's gone, Liechtenstein is a sitting duck, like Austria would be if Germany was gone. So whoever is stronger will take Germany and Liechtenstein because I think Germany would be harder to beat than Switzerland.
