Shiloh set her meal on the coffee table, smiling seeing his pick. She leaned back on the couch, next to him. She set her hand on her thigh, the other propping her up on one side, "I can't believe how little, this city can seem when you think about those miles of back roads, and trails." Shiloh said, mainly to herself, her eyes looking out the floor to ceiling window.

"Or how crowded and noisy it seems." Luke murmured quietly, a thoughtful expression on his face. He looked back Hercules for a moment before he looked at her food on the coffee table. He reached down and took her piece of pizza, a small smile on his face as he took a bite out of it, his eyes going over to Shiloh again. He sniffed quietly and took another bite of the pizza, a quiet laugh escaping him.
-
Shiloh jokingly scrunched her nose at him, legs crossed where she sat on the couch, "Jerk." She laughed taking a bite of her salad with the plastic fork. She glanced back over at him, "That's another thing, these stupid modeling companies make you feel like a fat *ss." Shiloh rolled her eyes, "I'm sorry I don't eat a protein bar a day and walk around in my undergarments!"
-
"I'd enjoy seeing you in your underwear all day long." Luke said finishing the pizza slice as he glanced over at Shiloh with a smirk. "Maybe you should model that for me someday, that'd be a nice birthday present, or Christmas." He looked back at the TV and tilted his head from side to side, cracking it a few times. He watched baby Hercules nearly become mortal by the demons, and suddenly looked back over at Shiloh.
-
Shiloh nudged him with her foot in a playful kick, "Don't test your luck, Spokane." She giggled taking another bite as the Disney movie played on her HD flat screen. She pulled her long hair over one shoulder as she checked twitter, fans were either breaking down over the breakup or applauding her for being a strong independent women, or saying, Now she can sleep with me. There was no in-between. She leaned back, looking lazy and comfortable in her large sweatshirt.
-
"Do you have my Evergreen sweatshirt?" Luke suddenly spoke up, looking over at her with curious eyes. "I've looked for that stupid thing everywhere and I can't find it. I even went through Eli's clothes and ended up getting a shoe thrown at my head." The farm had gotten sweatshirts and shirts made just to show off their little group, though their winnings were anything but little. He really did miss his sweatshirt, and he figured he would wear it at France to promote it.
-
Shiloh bit her lower lip and thought for a second, she remembered wearing it to bed every night for weeks when she was living at the track. She set her face in a thinking expression, "I believe I do." Shiloh said after moments of thinking, "Yeah... I never had the chance to give it back. C'mon, we have a closet to dig through." She set her salad on the coffee table and stood, heading towards the spiral staircase.
-
Luke laughed and followed after her, feeling as though they were heading on an adventure. He looked around the house and ran a hand through his quiffed up blond hair, messing up the soft strands though the messy bed head look looked good on him. "So, what all is in this closet? Anything I should be aware of? Private photos of you? Sexy lingerie?" He was obviously just teasing her, and he had a goofy smile on his lips just to prove how reason he was being with her.
-
"Oh, yeah, just be careful." Shiloh responded in a joking sarcastic voice. Up to the master, past Chris's fish tank. She flipped on the grand lights and made a beeline to her closet, not wanting to look like she was suggesting anything. She grasped the doorknob and opened the closet that was bigger than the dorms at Evergreen. At least six pairs of cowgirl boots lined the top shelves, then stilettos, and flats. She found an old suitcase in the back and set it in the middle of the floor, "Well..." She looked up at Luke, with a small smile, the red suitcase not being touched in a year. She took her nibble fingers and undid the latch then unzipped it. In that suitcase there were racing silks of many colors, breeches, her old helmet. It was definitely a mind blower, this was her start, and she had it buried in her closet. She layed out each silk, very delicate pieces of all the crowns she won, and found his old sweatshirt at the bottom, hunter green. She closed her eyes, it had always fit so big on her.
-
Luke watched her curiously handle the sweatshirt, and he felt had for even asking about it by the way she looked at it. "I'm sure I don't need it, actually." He murmured quietly, not wanting to take it from her. He enjoyed seeing her keeping it for so long, and clearly it meant something to her, which made him smile at her. "You seem like you've taken care of it better than I ever would have, I'd probably trash it within a day with Bat, just saying."
-
Shiloh shook her head, "Alright, but you still need some form of purchase." She smirked her brown eyes flickering, almost without thinking she leaned in and kissed him deeply. She set the sweatshirt back down as she leaned into it.
-
Luke's eyes widened in shock before he relaxed into the kiss, leaning into it with her too. He moved his hands to her waist and pulled her close, quickly forgetting about his dropped sweatshirt. He brushed a strand of her dark hair away from her face before he pulled back, a small smile on his face. "I'll still be waiting for my present, sweetheart."
-
"Oh forget it," Shiloh murdered, kissing him some more, wrapping her hands around his neck. She tipped her head, You little slut. She insulted herself.
ooc: When should Eli pop up, lol?
-
dude, i have this all planned out don't worry i got your back
Suddenly there was a loud knocking at the door, making Luke pull back, clearly confused. "Angry ex boyfriend?" He asked quietly, though he didn't move away from her at first. He sniffed quietly and glanced at his sweatshirt on the floor, a small smile on his face. The knocking continued, a sigh coming from him as he completely lost contact with Shiloh. "You should probably go answer that, I'll put this stuff away."
-
Shiloh shook her head, irritated that the knock broke their kiss, "No, you come with me. He's in Europe." She winked, grabbing Luke's hand, and pulling him to his feet, she kissed his cheek. The brunette started walking out, hoping he was following. She looked down, it seemed as if she wasn't wearing pants with the huge sweatshirt, but it had to be pretty informal if it was ten o'clock. She went down the spiral staircase, giggling over her shoulder as she practically raced him down. She slipped to the door, and opened up, "Hello?"
I can always count on ya!
-
Luke peeked over Shiloh's shoulder, and the sight he saw wasn't pretty at all. It was Eli, tears rolling down er puffy cheeks as she clutched her phone. "L-Luke, Wy-Wyatt got in an accident, he-he's heading into emergency surgery right n-now." She sobbed out. Luke almost swore his world was crashing down. Not only was Wyatt his best friend, he was also his brother, who meant the work to him. "I've tried calling you, calling Shiloh, texting both of you, anything and y-you two were making out while our f*cking brother is dying!" She yelled out, clearly destroyed as she storm into the house and marched up to Luke, slapping him hard across the face, the slap echoing through the house.
-
Shiloh jumped out of the way, "Wha-" It was all happening so fast, She jumped at the sound of Luke being smacked, and jumped in between them, "Let's take my car." Shiloh said trying to keep calm, and keep from someone else getting injured. Knowing how much Wyatt meant to Luke. Her breath was shaky when she dialed the lobby, "And hurry." She said, having the chauffeur having it in, in time for them to get downstairs. She tossed Luke her keys. She grabbed her lengthed coat.
-
Luke seemed to be in a daze, not that you could blame him. His best friend was dying in emergency surgery right now, his sister had just slapped him so hard his cheek was already turning red, he was leaving for France in two days, and to top it all off he wasn't sure where he arks with Shiloh. He caught the keys as a reflex and put on his shoes in a hurry, his glasses nearly slipped from his face though he soon righted them.
-
Shiloh buttoned down her coat and opened the door, "Let's go, Luke." She gestured out to the door, not wanting to exclude ELi, because it was her brother, too, but Shi figured that she had a car/. Shiloh found her spot at Luke's side as she rushed to the elevator.
-
Luke nodded and glanced down at Eli, who was on his other side. She seemed to be staring down at her hand in shock, but he soon looked away and focused on gettung to Wyatt fast. "Which hospital, Eli?" He finally spoke up as they approached the elevator. "Bellevue in Manhattan." She said softly, making Luke nod. He looked down at the ground but then looked up at the lights, trying to stop from saying anything more.
