    Fun for the timelord was running and saving life from danger. Trying out new stuff and learning what he never could. Spending time with companions was also on the fun list, but getting too attached would mean heart-break.

    The Doctor stopped at a crowd and waited for them to get onto a bus. Once it was gone, he crossed the street at an average pace. He took out his sonic and held it against the rusted gate. Once it clicked open The Doctor hid the device again and walked into the alleyway, closing the gate behind him. He walked some ways into the darkish alleys until he saw a female humanoid tree hanging around with few males of her own species.
    "Who are you?" She questioned loudly. The man took a few steps closer before the males held up an arm.
    He smiled faintly, "The Doctor. I know, I know... Differant looks. I regenerated since the last time we met."
    "How long have you thought it over?" the female motioned for her men to lower their arms once more.

I stooped down to get a drink and a Applepineacherry rises up out of the river. I freeze right there unsure of what to do. I can't scream and I can't run for how scared I am. It lunges at me and I just barely dodge out of the way. It disappears and then knocks me to the ground. It opens its mouth and I prepare for the worst.

    The Doctor followed the humanoid trees to the city's underground. He kept making sure that no one followed them from the city above.
    "Doctor," he heard Katora call out with fright. The instant she call it out, he was rushing to the source. He stopped upon seeing her backed against a tunnel wall by an huge earthworm with blood red eyes and short catipilar like legs. It also had a large pincher infront of a mouth that had many sharp teeth.
    The Doctor slowly went around the creature, "Katora... Whatever you do, you mustn't make any sudden movement or noise. If you do, the Sylorm will kill you."

He set Ash down on a bed and gently moved some of her long hair that was sticking to her face.

    "My planet is gone. I can't return, but I do have a TARDIS that is much more homely to me then anything else in the universe. Now tell me," The Doctor tried to change the subject, "Why are your people here and why are you killing the innocent live forms of this world?"
    "We were captured and stolen from our world. Without anywhere to go, we are forced to fed on the life that comes down into the forbidden tunnels. There is an danger that has been making our people go mad. They claim that it's the monster that lives within the darkness," the creature replied.

    The Doctor smiled slightly, "He's gone off to save the planet. That's why I-he told you to stay and have fun. He just... Didn't realize that it would be safer if you were with him."
    The timelord turned around and grabbed a medical kit bag. It was filled with alien and future advance medicines and technology to cure the sick and wounded. He got a small alcohol wipe and cleaned of a small patch of skin on her upper right arm. He then grabbed an IV and stuck it inside a small medicine container. After having the IV fill up to the right amount, The Doctor placed the needle into her skin where it was disinfected and let the medicine go into her.
    "That will help cure you faster then the average human heals with no side effects. Just get some sleep and meet me back at the control room when you feel better and call out if you need anything."

    "Alright then. Just stay out of the red smog," The Doctor advised.
    The humanoid tree walked to his side, "Why?"
    "It makes you go mad. It doesn't last long because it can damage the host, but if it's used in amounts that are perfect for the Sylorms to inhale at their massive size, it will be deadly to smaller life forms. Are you sure you still want to follow?" The Doctor asked.
