  • (U don't have class tomorrow right??)

Smiling Leah gave a gentle squeeze to his hand before pulling him along at a slow and steady pace out of the Wing and down the next hallway where her room resided one side of the wall with the many other rooms. Once there she released Joshua's hand and entered her room, gathered everything she could and came back outside. "Let's go." Again she lead him away to the lab where she carefully ushered him inside before shutting the door after them. "This is what I collected last night," she said as she placed the satchel on the large table in the middle and opened up the bag. Her hand stopped at the smaller bag that was given to her by the vampire. After a hesitant pause Leah pulled it out and gently laid all of the herbs onto the table.

  • (Don't go back until the 12th. And even then you'll get me all day every day cause its college. XD)

Joshua sat down carefully with a sigh and looked at the herbs, inhaling the scents. "There are a couple who's scent is unfamiliar to me," he said, rising to join her. Carefully, he followed his nose and set aside two strange herbs that had a strange smell. "That one's a ginger root." He said, shifting a root based herb toward her. "Oregano(SPAGETTI!!! XD), pepper, basil." Each herb he named off was passed to Leah.

  • (LOLL food. XD ahhh lucky... I'm in school starting from today. :( )

Leah gently took each one that was passed to her, nodding as she repeated their names in her mind. She then went around the table to a cup board, pulled out something, and set them on the table. They were tiny glass containers that were short but wide. In each one she placed the herbs separately inside while writing down each name on paper and attaching them to the jar with string. "What others??" She asked, her eyes scanning through the herbs.

  • ( :))

Joshua looked through the herbs and again began to name them. "Goldenrod, dock, garlic for some odd reason, horsetail and burdock." He said, handing the remaining herbs to her. What remained from the pile was unfamiliar to him and he stared hard at them, trying to think of what they could be.

  • "Horsetail... Burdock.." Leah repeated quietly to herself. She placed each herb away after labelling them, and then looked to the remaining herbs that Joshua seemed so puzzled with. "Think there may be some kind of book containing herb names??" She suggested hopefully.

  • "Could be," he answered and grabbed a book containing the basic knowledge of herbs. He searched for the plants similar to what he had. Slowly, he shook his head. "They're labelled as Unknown. This book is too new. We'd need an old, centuries old, book. And Eric only gave you one book." He rubbed the back of his neck in utter confusion.

  • Leah gave a sigh. "I don't know, I was hoping you would know. We could leave those for later, after I go out and look for more," she then suggested, walking around the table to stand beside him. "I'll bring in more and while we label those we could look into these ones as we go," she said as she looked down at the unknown herbs on the table.

  • "Alright then. I'll be out for a while. Don't move around too much, okay??" Leah shot Joshua a look as she reached for her satchel once more, lifting it over her head and letting it rest on one shoulder across her body.

  • Josh swept toward her as he had before, though this time he appeared in front of her, cupping her cheeks in his hands. Slowly, he bent down so that their faces were mere inches from each other and all she had to do was raise up to kiss him.

  • Leah stared up at him with a loving look as she smiled. A gentle hand touched his forearm as she raised herself up onto her toes a little for their lips to meet. Softly she kissed him and at that moment there was not a care for the world that she gave.

  • (Lol. Pretty much you just said she doesn't have a single fΩck to give xD)

Josh closed his eyes and kissed her back, careful not to go biting her lip, which he wanted to do but couldn't because of his fangs. It was this moment that he seemed to just melt away.

  • (LOL well when u put it that way, yes yes. Not a single one > me right now xD)

The hand that rested on his forearm slowly moved up to his hand, her fingers gently wrapping over his hand. She seemed to have sensed his slight hesitation and his carefulness, for a quiet sound that would have been a laugh escaped from her and she, instead, bit gently at his lip in a teasing manner.

  • (XD)

Josh made a noise like a growl in displeasure. He really didn't approve her teasing nature and made it known by touching his fangs to her lip, though didn't bite down.

  • Leah made the sound again as if she were still laughing at him, but she did pull back eventually. She glanced up at him with an amused look as she released him. "Its fun to tease you, you know," she whispered into his ear with a smile once her lips left his. "But I get it. You don't like it," she added, stepping back to re-adjust her bag. "Then I'll just see you later after I return, okay?? I should probably get going."

  • Joshua purred and spun her around before planting a kiss on her forehead. "You can tease me," he purred. "Just not with some things." He winked at her with a grin and slowly released her hand.

  • "That's good enough," she replied with a soft laugh. "I'll see you later, Josh." And with that she turned to leave the room and enter the hallways of the sanctuary. She took the back route once more like the night before, stepping outside and facing the forest ahead of her. She decided that this time she'd go in deeper and head right, the other way from last night to cover more ground. And that is where she headed.
