Slater scrunched his nose and kept pulling, helping Aiden. "Almost there"

Kate started to push and used everyone once of power to distract her brain and stomach from realizing what she was doing. It didn't work for long because a piece of the zombies skull broke off and she stepped on it. A loud squish was heard. Kate turned white as a sheet. "It's squishy." She whispered. "Wh-why is is it..." She stopped herself and just kept pushing the body with her eyes focused on the wall behind Aiden and Slater. They finally made it to the corner. "I-I think we're good, Yeah." Kate let her piece of wood fall. She turned and moved to the other side of the room where the air was cleaner.
-
Thomas pinched his nose shut, rushing to the opposite corner, feeling sick to his stomach. "How can someone do this to people? They aren't just sick, they're twisted, cruel..."
-
Slater dropped his end gently on the ground made his way back with the others. "I dont know. But when I do, im gonna kill them."
-
"I'm going to gouge their eyes out and shove the bloody things down their throats... Wit-" He gagged, covering his mouth with his hand. "Dear god..."
-
Aiden walked quietly over to a corner and sat down. All they could do was wait until night. She kept hoping she would wak up and this would be a bad dream. It had to be. Things like this dont really happen. She put her head in her hands. All she wanted to do was leave and forget about this whole thing.
-
Kate sat down and pulled her knees up again. "Guys I think all we can do is wait for something else to happen. Before that we need to rest. One of us should stay up and keep watch. We'll take turns and make sure to wake each other up if something happens." She proposed.
-
Aiden nodded in agreement. She didn't volunteer to keep watch she could already feel her eyelids trying to close as they persuaded her with the sweet promise of sleep.

(To tell the truth, Skye is a very...strange and weird kid. Maybe her past can come up a bit.)
Skye sighed and put her hands into her jean pockets. Her right hand hit something hard in her pocket. She pulled out a tiny notepad full of paper. One thirds of the paper was filled with sketches of people being attacked by other...things. this may be sketches of zombies. Deeper in her pocket was a small pencil. She decided to put the notepad back in her pocket. She walked over to the trail that the zombie's body left when it was dragged across the ground. She kneeled dowm and sniffed it almost animal-like.She didn't throw up though, she actually didn't mind the smell. She then went over to the bag of chips. She didn't open them. She gagged and backed away im disgust. She then sat in the corner of the room and began to write something in her notepad. -
Slater sighed slightly, looking with sympathy at the tired girl. "Dont worry guys. I got the first watch. Ill tell you if I see or hear anything" he told the group. Being 19, he figured he was the eldest there, so he wanted to step up a bit. He was tired, but most of that tiredness was worry.
-
Kate was about to protest, but she had to turn away and yawn. She felt to tired for the first watch. "When you get sleepy wake me up, I'll do second watch." She laid down and faced the wall. "And don't be a hero slater, wake me up." She joked, before she dreamed away her worries.
-
[Skye is wierd!! Haha xD]
Aiden looked at skye with wonder and disgust all at once. She smiled at slater, "Good." She closed her eyes and attempted to sleep. She had a feeling everyone must think she was pretty useless for this situation and probably annoying, but she was only 15 and so at times she still acted like a typical teenage girl. She couldn't help it.
-
He smirked slightly at Kates words. He was far from a hero. "With pleasure" he joked back in a mumble and went to go sit under the hole, resting his back against a pole a few feet away from it.
-
(I'm changing Skye's age to thirteen. Yeah. Very weird.)
Skye finished writing on her notepad and turned it around so, the others, the ones who weren't asleep yet, could see. It read, Name's Skye. I don't sleep much so I won't need watching. I'll just be staring at the wall or looking at the zombie sketches in my notepad... She stared at the others for a bit and then turned around and, literally, stared at the wall. -
Aiden stared at Skyes back for a few moments and then smiled a little. This girl was a wierdo.
-
Thomas, being a 23 year old man with the capacity not to try and convince this kid to kindly, allow him to be the first watch because he was, despite his looks, the eldest of the group. He could care less what they decided to do as long as he got his sleep. He took a seat on the floor, leaning against the wall in silence. Turning his head to look at the girl, reading her note before she turned to the wall. What a strange child...
-
(Ermahgerd!...just wanted to say it heheh.)
Skye began to look through the sketches in notepad. She stopped at one with a puzzled look om her face. The sketches was of a woman sprawled on the ground with her stomache torn open and her intestines flattened under a bulky zombie hunched over her. The look on the woman's face was not horror, but it was a look of sadness and disappointment. The woman looked oddly familiar to her. She couldn't exactly pinpoint who she was. Instead she tore out the paper from the notepad and placed it beside her. She was going to save that for later. She then continued looking through the sketches. -
Thomas glanced over at the girl again, something about her made him uneasy, but at the same time he was sure this was because he was a pessimist. He snickered a bit when he remembered the kids acting like he was being stupid, or simply unknowing, it was fun to be 23 when you didn't actually look it, he could easily fit into this group and they'd never know unless he told them. He wondered if the creeps up above knew how old he was but it wasn't likely, ha, something they can't find out by observing. The Englishman flipped the camera off before relaxing again, hoping they saw this because he wanted them to see his disrespect, his lack of fear of these sick people.
-
Skye whipped her head around and glared at Thomas. He probably couldn't see hee glaring at him because of her hair covering her eyes. Even though she depended on these people to survive, she just couldn't do it. She looked back to her notepad. She went to an blank page and wrote, Whatcha looking at!?
-
Thomas blinked, surprised to see that he'd been caught. "Sorry, just wondering what you were doing s'all..." He said, the dishonesty in his words hidden in his voice.
