    Diablo stood, sullen and overwhelmed. "Me too." He said quietly, nuzzling her in a comforting way. "Wait.. If you did it, how come you are still in heat?"

    ( sorry watching eastenders lol) Star snorts " I have a way of keeping it going longer. Arabians have that about them" she replies with a soft whinny nipping his flank

    Star raised her head and turned back to look at him, ears pricked forward. With a playful neigh she nipped his shoulder. Snorting she calmed down and stayed close to him, laying down she rolled

    Star was awoken in the night by a smell. It wasn't a safe smell and it wasn't a horse. These parts were known for wolves but Stone chased or killed a few of them. Clearly a few were left, she paws the ground with her hoof angrily, with her ears going back she trotted forward.

    Star pricked her ears forward, waiting to see whatever this was causing the smell of danger to come into play. She tossed her head and looked back at the herd, neighing in warning

    Diablo looked at Star. "I smell something." He said hoarsely, standing up and tossing his head, black mane tangling over his crimson eyes.
    Lilac was trotting along when she smelled something dangerous. She whinnied in anxiety and suddenly out of nowhere came a huge grey shape, with a mouthful of snapping fangs. "Wolves!" She screamed and turned to run.

    Star galloped forward trying to drive the wolf away, she was going to protect her herd at any cost. She reared up and kicked her front hooves out.

    Diablo raced to her side, rearing up on his hooves, towering above the wolves, bringing his hooves down on the angry canines.
    Lilac whinnied in panic as two wolves cornered her against a cliff.
    Diablo turned his head and raced towards her, kicking the wolves and driving them away. "Star! You ok over there?"
    Stone was slamming his huge hooves into wolves, while Thorne was driving away multiple wolves at a time.

    Star snorts " Just fine!" she shouts. Swinging her hind legs around. While dealing with one she realises they wouldn't give up. Star was taken by surprise when one caught her neck with its claws. With an angered snort Star slammed her hooves down onto the wolf driving it away

    One angry beast jumped onto Diablos back and he bucked furiously, throwing it off and to Thornes feet where he brought two hooves down on it, hearing a satisfying crack of bone.
    Lilac was with Diablo, Kicking them away with her back feet. One wolf crept up on Stone and was joined by many others. Soon, five wolves was onto the lead stallion and they tore at his coat and mane furiously, while he neighed in anger. "Stone!" Diablo roared, cantering up to him. Three wolves cut him off. Soon they had driven all the wolves away, but Stone was left spluttering and bleeding on the ground, long cuts down his flank and bites on his legs.

    Star turned and galloped over, blood currently dripping from her neck. She lowered her head and nuzzled Stone softly " Come on.. Your going to be okay, your always okay. " she whinnied sadly, she layed beside him. Not wanting to leave his side. She snorted from her neck wound stinging but she didn't care. Star pressed her muzzle against his neck

    Star layed in front of him, resting her head over his neck " Sshh. Its alright. " she soothes, whinnying softly. She was angry at herself for not helping him and sad because Stone was like a brother or father to her.
