Personality;
Flirtatious;; Garret is the type of man who loves to compliment--I don't say flatter because he finds true qualities, not false ones--anyone, and everyone, sometimes in a very suggestive manner. Sexuality has little to do with it as far as he's concerned, he loves to love someone and his constant flirting is evident.
Theatrical;; Garret is rarely lethargic or bored, always finding ways to entertain himself, and pouring energy into everything he does. This doesn't mean he always appears ADHD, or even wild--at times he can be youthful and playful, or seductive and tantalizingly slow, passionate, or debonair. He feels emotion like everyone--but he prefers to make it obvious, an art form in itself.
Sexy;;Okay, so I already said he was a flirt, but I want to get this thoroughly across--while it might not be the only thing on his mind, it's obvious from the way he dresses, to the way he speaks, to the way he acts, that he is mature.
Honest;; Well, this guy is honest to a fault. Sometimes he might edge around the truth, but due to a lack of skill in the lying department, he tends to stick with the truth. Not that he doesn't use it to his advantage--he can be counted on by people, at least in that respect, and it makes interrogations much quicker. That said, while his honesty is used for his own gain at times, it's also a habit, even with friends. He'll tell you what he thinks, exactly, and doesn't mince words--though his friendly, optimistic outlook means that his unminced words might appear sugarcoated to those who don't know him.
However..there is one thing in which he is dishonest. Specifically, kids. Not that he lies to them to deceive them, but he'll tell fantasies and outrageous facts, knowing full well they won't believe them, but it gets a laugh, because Garret lives to
Entertain;; He loves to laugh. He loves to make others laugh, and he seems to have a talent for that, being not just dramatic, not just flamboyant, but also fun and cheerful and social and easily amused himself--around him, it's hard not to be happy.
Unless you dislike constantly happy people, because he pretty much is. Another thing about him--he loves
Kids;; Garret is a kid person. He loves to hang out with them, because (and I'm talking about mostly babies to, say...nine?) they are not only hilarious, they are smart, generally matter-of-fact, and offer an interesting point of view. I'm saying this from my own experiences with younger kids, and he really just loves to hang out with them. They're friends, not charges or responsibilities, though he would be protective of them. He's not totally irresponsible. He can carry on perfectly serious conversations, but he knows how to keep them from being too mature. Usually.
I could go on, but this has given you a good idea of what he's like, so I'll stop after one more--
[b]Ambivalent;;[/b]Garret can't choose a side. It's not so much indecision, he'd just rather not. He likes humans, he likes vampires. He will love who he wants, he will hate who he will, but overall he, while loyal to friends, does not have a specific cause or 'side' to remain faithful to. He is the type of man to try and build bridges between enemies.

History;
Garret was a vampire at an early age, but when he was born he lived in New York, with an avante-gard, fashion designing mother, and her stay-at-home brother, who took care of Garret. Who, incidentally, was adopted. He learned this at age six, and never seemed interested in finding his biological parents. Having a dad who was sort of his uncle, and a mother who didn't give birth to him, nor have a partner, his family was a bit odd. He took an interest in his mother's work, and they got along famously--at eleven, she took him to his first Broadway musical, Hedwig And The Angry Inch, and he truly was a city boy. Not just a city boy; a New Yorker.
However, it was only at age sixteen that he became a vampire, and while really that isn't that young--it seemed so to him, because he ran away. He lived on his own, and never really found closure for leaving his parents. He now has his own place, but overall doesn't stay anywhere too long.

Family;
Adopted Mother--Kylie Thompson, Fashion Designer, alive in New York at 41.
Adopted Father--Mother's Brother, James Thompson, houseman (because he ain't a wife and certianly not his sisters husband), alive at 39.

Hobbies;
Drinking,
Dancing (Usually combined)
Singing,
flirting,
Dressing up,
Performing.

Talents;
Theatricality--probably obvious, but he's a wonderful actor, very dramatic and expressive, and though it's very strong, it never seems fake. He has a way of using motion, body gestures more than words.

Acrobatic--Oh, yes. Our boy here can do a backflip--and much more.

Parkour. Almost in the acrobatic category, but a bit different usage. He can jump rooftops, not to mention getting up there in the first place. He knows how to tumble.

Dance--With a great command over his own body, extreme coordination and a theatrical outlook, he is a wonderful dancer.

Speaking--He can get out of a great many problems by talking.

And I'd be a moron if I didn't include Style--he can imitate any look, come up with his own, and well, he's pretty damn fashionable.
