All I really know is The Glide are in the bed of a truck chatting. I would assume the same goes for most of the others but I can't be for sure....Sorry - I'm almost as lost as you

Devin shrugged his shoulders. "Eh, you snooze you lose." He gestured, before shutting the tail gate and climbing into his truck. Starting it up, he exited the drive way and started driving to the woods.
Caleb shut the tail to his truck, and got in the driver's seat. "Hold tight team, we're going for a ride." He smiled, before backing out of the driveway. He figured that he'd been waiting for the other dogs for a while, so that was their fault for not coming.
I playfully rolled my eyes at Mudd. "Duh." I joked.
"Marble, distract Cyril?" I whispered. //low muse

Siku watched the trees pass by, her heart fluttered with excitement as her owner shut the gate. "Finally!" She woofed excitedly, twirling around and placing her haunches carefully on the rattling cold surface of the bed of the truck. She sighed and scented the wind outside of the truck, it blowing back her lips and eyes. Siku barked in joy, her tail wagging back and forth. //low muse[/fancypost]

Tikaani
Ignition Team--Lead Dog--Female--Siberian Husky
[fancypost bgcolor=transparent bordercolor=transparent; height: 300px; overflow: auto; width: 300px; font-family: georgia; font-size: 8pt; color: black; letter-spacing: 0px; text-transform:]"Don't give up on love and love won't give up on you."
As I was not ready for the car to begin, myself launched towards the rear of the truck, my apex slamming into the door. I yelped, my face to the dirty floor, my hind raised, paws scrambling to regain balance. I quietly returned to my spot and lay down, leaving my refined head upon my fluffy Husky legs. "Well, that was embarrassing," I mumbled to myself cautiously, my ears twitching, aware of some of the others snickering. I pinned my ears. "Great start Tikaani, just, great." My tail curled next to my haunches, and I eased my way onto my left side. Exhaling, a soft sigh trailed behind it, and my eyes closed briefly.

Trinket flattened her ears, angling them forward as the truck left. She'd been a bit slow in hopping in as dust stirred up and blew in her face. She turned around and trotted over to the tree, ruffling her fur in the stifling heat and huffing irritatingly. She sat herself down and started to paw at a leaf gingerly stuck between two grass blades, yipping briefly while she tore at the leaf. When the truck was out of sight with the Glide, she started looking round.
Marble continued swimming, paying less and less attention to those outside of the pool until he was in his own little world in the pool water. He splashed water droplets everywhere every time he dove underwater and resurfaced. He barked and plunged in, repeating himself and paddling gleefully. He liked being cool while it was hot out, the heat hardly touching him while he swam in the pool. He blinked when a shaft of sunlight hit the water just right to blind him for a few seconds, forcing out a small growl.

I squeaked as the truck lurched forward, my body sliding to the left and hitting the front of the truck with a faint thud. "Ow..." I muttered under my breath, my tail flicking in embarrassment. Looking up at the others, I smiled shyly. "Well... That was kind of embarrassing!" I laughed, before looking over the side of the truck. I've always liked snow and stuff, but just mounds and mounds of it was a bit to much for me. Sniffing, I sat back and looked back at my team.

ELISSA - F - TEAM DOG - IGNITION
Eli lurched as the truck started, nearly falling over. But her forepaws caught her before she had a chance to fall, and she straightened up once more. Eli liked car rides, she was very fond of sticking her head out and feeling the breeze on her face until it dried her eyes out! She stuck her head over the side of the truck and her tongue flopped out. She squinted as the wind blew into her eyes and barked a few times, tail thumping. It felt like she was running. Incredible.
ELEVEN - M - LEAD - THE GLIDE
Eleven was laying down anyway, so he hardly lost his balance when the truck lurched into motion. He watched Trinket disappear from sight as the truck bounced along the road away from the house. "Oh well," he laughed a little, turning his attention back to the rest of the Glide. He watched as the trees overhead thickened and the shade grew wider. He knew they were going to the forest long before they arrived, because he had memorized the way to the woods and could smell the thick foliage for miles! His tail wagged excitedly. "Thank goodness we'll get some shade already, it's baking out here." He said, resting his head on his paws comfortably. -

Eve grunted when the truck jerked into motion, though she didn't go sliding like others. She instead buckled down to the ground, her mismatched gaze traveling from each of her fellow team, trying to conceal her annoyance at, well, everything. But, Eve did poke her head up to see where they were going. Through her irritation she did find the thought of going n the trails quite interesting. Enough so to sit up and attempt a conversation. “It ain't that hot....” She said, shaking her head in a veil attempt to clear the sleep that still blurred her vision.

With an slightly evil grin, Mudd nodded and walked away, heading towards The Pool House. After checking to make sure that Cyril wasn't looking, Mudd darted around behind him, and took up position a few feet away. He looked towards Cody for the signal. //LOW muse.

Trinket wagged her tail rapidly with a single thought in mind; to test herself. She rose steadily to her paws and walked up to the road, stretching out each paw and then her back, baring her teeth. She then shot forward on the road, sticking close to the side rather than the dead center and running after the truck for exercise. She felt her muscles burning quickly from the run, the rear of the truck coming into her view and blowing dust in her face while she ran after the truck. May as well do something that helped her try running faster.

With a whine, I felt a throbbing pain in my paw, and I pinned my ears. "Ugh." I muttered, managing a hunched sitting position, lifting the paw slowly. My claw was broken. Inhale. Exhale. Great, so, right before the big race, I injure myself in the stupidest way possible. Heh, I'm so smart. "Does anyone know what to do with a broken claw?" I called to my team mates timidly.//Low muse.

ooc) I know I am asking a lot, but I need a more detailed recap. I don't have a lot of time anymore to answer to most threads, or catch up. [/fancypost]OOC: Recap- Devin is taking his team off to the trail, with most everyone in the truck on their way there now; Caleb is driving his team to the park right now with them in the back of the truck as well; Derrick is cooking hot dogs (?) on the grill while some dogs are begging, some are in the pool, and some preparing to push Cyril into the pool from behind.

Hearing Tikaani, I turned my head to look at her. With a small grin, I stepped over to her and plopped down. "I think you have to pull the claw out and lick at the wound for a bit. It'll hurt for a bit, but it'll be fine tomorrow!" I was speaking from experience, though I wasn't sure how bad her wound was. Shuffling so I could see it better, I nodded, my attention going back to her face. "At least, that's what worked for me!" I chirped, wagging my tail.

I smiled, and then winked at Mudd. "Sup, Cyril." I barked, paddling towards the white dog.
Without warning, I rose up out of the water a bit and latched my paws on his shoulders, pulling him down with strength I didn't even know I had. But even though I had force, I still needed Mudd's back up.
I don't know how to reply with Devin and Caleb xD

Bosco didn't have to worry about the race for some time. And in addition to that, there was is no special trick to winning a race. In Bosco's opinion it was all about tenacity, and genuine courage. That's was Bosco found, so special into racing. Bosco's attetion was then drawn to the paw shuffling, and barking from the backyard. He raised his head, and noticed that many of his fellow sled mates were outside. Bosco grinned at the thought of his sled mates of taking the time to their advantage to have fun. And only a minute after that thought rose from his head he decided to go join them. He slid out the back door, and approached the pool. He greeted the lead dog, Cody, "Hello. Having a.. Merry time there in the pool, ey?" Although Bosco felt comfortable around his sled mates, he occasionally to be socially uncomfortable, and often not the best conversation starter. Trinket ran faster, her paws thudding against the road as she felt her legs straining to keep up with the truck. She yipped and took deep inhales of air, coughing up a bit of dirt and getting tired in the nasty heat. She saw the truck's back gettingcloser to her while she sped up, trying hard to catch up. Even if it left her sight, she'd still be able to follow the trail of the tire tracks and the smell of gasoline wafting up her nostrils, unpleasant as it was.
Marble drank more pool water while he looked across theater at the other dogs, his ears drooping from the water dragging at his pelt. His tongue lolled out and his eyesblunked hard in the glaring sunlight. "Mhm." He mumbled, watching closely what they were doing and becoming mildly curious about what they were up to.
