    Eric's mouth gaped as he watched Alisa. He shook his head to clear the shock off his face and started walking with the other Dauntless.

    She watched alisa begore walking along at the back of the crowd

    Eric was near the middle, his sister talking to some Dauntless born guy. Eric crossed his arms, sighing.

    He made his way to the boy she had kinda talked to a few minutes ago. " so your from abnegation?" SHe asked shyly

    Alise led them inside and took them to the first stage area. ''For the first part of this stage, you will be seperated. Dauntless born initiates will train separately from Dauntless transfers until the second phase of the First Stage." she says as the Dauntless born initiates go to a spot near a door.

    She nodded "yeah" she replied quiety. "The old factions dont matter anymore, once we go through initiation we will become dauntless, and if we fail we will be factionless" she stopped talking ad she realised she was going on about what was probably already known and looked st her feet again

    ''The Stiff went first in jumping, which I have to say is pretty darn brave. What's your name?" Alise said.
    ''Raven." Noah said.
    ''Well Raven, I think you'll make it pass initiation. (now she speaks to everyone) There are three stages to initiation. Physical, emotional, and mental. First stage Transfer initiates and Dauntless-born initiates will be separated. Whoever's left after the first stage of both groups gets trained together. If you don't qualify after each stage, you're kicked out and made factionless."

    Personality: Jace is quiet and as wise as they come. He has a talent for wisdom, instead of just knowledge. While he is completely loyal to his faction, he is friends with people from other factions because he believes that the system is faulty if unity between the factions doesn't occur.
