"Whats going on in that restless mind of yours?" He asked following her gaze. His mottled pelt draped over his muscular body, and his turquoise eyes blinking in the bright glow if the grass.
(I know this is a short post and im sorry but im just going through something emotional right now)
IC: Sunset sat down, looking at Aermind, but at the same time nonchalantly sniffing for the sweet scent of lavender. The orange tabby knew she would find it in a sunny place with gravel or sand, and then she could head near the water for tansy. Yay for facts!
Revenant swiped his tongue over a paw, in turn pulling that paw over his face and ears. He did this a couple times before leaning down to groom his white chest from the grit it collected during his little flying session. Note to self, never ever stick our paw down a mouse hole again. You might catch the mouse but you risk going completely blind.

Aeron looked at Visions, her eyes having a calm appearance, but some other emotion was hidden in those colourful depths. She looked at the grass as she leaped down from the rock, running a paw over the tips of grass lightly and watching the little lights flicker. "This cave is a wonderful place... but should we maybe schedule some type of event? Get everyone out of the cave for a day, at least?" She questioned, looking over her shoulder at him. She was worried about the well-being of the group yet again, but that was her job.
"Was... it a bad idea? Making this our home, I mean?"
IC: "Of course not, Aeron. It has water, shelter, and some awesome grass. Also, living here makes us special from other cats." Katyusha padded up to Aeron and dipped her head quickly, sitting down by one of her two only higher cats. The blue grey chieftain sat down, her tail, faintly ringed with silver, swishing back and forth slowly. For most cats this meant aggression or anger, but when Katyusha swung her tail it meant she was confident, sure of her words or actions. "This is a wonderful home and you know it, my dear queen. Sorry about intruding on your conversation." She had just realized that.

"You say that but... Don't you wish to be outside? I have... given up on the outside world, it's why I chose to live in here.." She said softly, her ears lowering as images from her past filled her worried mind. "I don't want to be the Queen that forced her group to live like moles," Aeron said with a sigh. No one knew of her past, and for that she was grateful. No one would look at her the same if they knew what she had once been.
Looking at the Chieftain she tilted her head, "But at least.... I want to make it comfortable for everyone, you know?"
The cat of black looked over at Ail, who seemed to be worried over something or other. "Don't worry so much, Ail, I'm sure that the group will be able to handle her, just as they do someone like me." Talmin mewed in a assuring tone, before he shook himself firmly. "We should continue our patrol, any possible danger isn't going to wait for us." the black cat added, looking at the cats, taking a mental note of everyone, before he flicked his tail, nudging his puffed up sibling before he began back on the path, he walked at a slow pace, and paused to make sure everyone was there after only a few fox-lengths. How he hated going back over things. Talmin closed his bright green eyes when his brown Siamese brother trotted up to his side, to keep him from seeing the strange look in his eyes. "Talmin, are you plotting something?" the small cat asked softly, to which the black tom scoffed. "Me, plotting something? I don't know what your talking about Knighten, seems strangely out-of-character wouldn't you think?" despite the berserkers words Knighten wasn't convinced, but he didn't pester the green-eyed cat either, just watched him closely.
IC: "Outside of the cave is nice, but in here it is safe. Twoleg's never come, dogs too. Some may not like it completely, but I think all can agree it is a nice place to live." Katyusha's mixed green eyes were glowing their minty colour, filled with thoughtfulness. "We do have areas closer to the mouth of the tunnel though, we could possibly have the cats who prefer being out of the cave there. All cats know their way around, and it isn't that far."

IC: "Alright my queen, but I do believe no one minds greatly." Katyusha dipped her head and stood up, padding to the pool. Crouching down, she took a few laps, and moved next to her sleeping area, stretching out just a little in the sunlight that seeped in. This was one of the only patches of grass that didn't really glow, and Katyusha loved how the dirt was hard packed in the area.

Nia followed her mentor uneasily, not really liking the presence of the boisterous she-cat. Oh well if she planned to join she would have to deal with it. Taking a deep breath she regained her sanity and looked around.
Aermind watched his student, and sniffed the air himself. "Lavender is a beautiful flower..." he mewed to no one particularly. A faint breeze went by and in the air Aermind caught the scent of lavender but watched his Trainee to see if she noticed also.
Roan watched the Queen, then stood after finishing his mouse. Cleaning his paws in muzzle and stretched and decided he would go hunting even though that's not typically his kind of job. Things were quiet in their home so he didn't think the Queen would mind. Shaking out his pelt he padded for the entrance.
IC: Sunset's ears pricked up straight, almost enough to look painful, a sign that she was concentrating. The orange tabby jumped to her feet, and ran off, tripping over rocks. She was partially blinded by the strong sun, something the medic trainee was not used to due to living in a shady area. At one point during her excited dash towards where the breeze came from, the green eyed cat tripped over a particularly large rock and face planted into a tree.
Revenant shook sand out of his ears, and looked at the mouse he had stunned when he catapulted it out of it's hole. Before the little thing could get up, he pounced on it's brown pelt, whacking the head to snap the neck. "Yes, fresh food for once." The blue-greened eye tom said to himself. "Man, I love fresh-kill but I hate mouse. Bad luck I guess."
Katyusha soon felt herself being lulled to sleep by the sun's warmth, the hard packed dirt feeling nice against her spine. To others she might have looked strange, laying on her back with front paws pulled up, her belly exposed and hind legs stretched out. She did take up a lot of space when she slept.
OOC: Hehe, Katyusha sleeps all stretched out. Lucky she has her own sleeping area...

Seeing his Trainee face plant, Aermind rolled onto his back laughing hysterically. Tears were falling from his eyes by the time he was done laughing, and when he got up to help the she-cat he was still chuckling. "There is such a thing as being too excited and this is the result of that Sunset." he mewed amused, and picked her back up and got her on her feet.
IC: "Now I know!" Her eyes were narrowed and she kept stretching her mouth open and closed. "Is it possible to break your nose? It really hurts!" It was red, and looked painful, but not enough to be broken. "I am NEVER running about like that again when blinded by the sun!"

Suddenly more serious, Aermind checked her nose. Though it wasn't broken it was awfully swollen. "Well Stinging Nettle shouldn't be too hard to find. If you chew the leaves into a poultice and put it on your nose it will bring down the swelling very well. Just don't eat the seeds or you will vomit." he informed, sniffing the air. The plant was located everywhere and in no time he had found it.
IC: "Okay!" Sunset began to pluck some leaves, chewing them. Gagging at the taste, she spit the pulp onto her paw pad and spread it on her nose. "Thank you Aermind, it feels a little better. Now to find that lavender!"
OOC:
He nodded to her thanks and followed her. Seeing the lavender in the distance he smiled. "Well you found that! Now for the tansy?" he said, looking around. The yellow plant had a strong and sweetish scent to it. It could be used from curing coughs, to healing wounds and curing minor poisons, to soothing a sore throat. He grabbed a large leaf to carry some in, along with whatever herbs he wanted to grab today.
IC:
"Well, I haven't scented tansy yet, but if we head near water we might find it, cause it grows near water, right?" The orange tabby was getting excited again, and fluffing her fur up. "Um, where is the water? I'm not used to out here..." She was starting to get a sheepish look on her face, and looked at her white paws.
Revenant picked up the now dead mouse in his jaws, padding to his den. Nearing the small, barely tail length wide stream that ran through his hideout, he ran alongside it, into a small cave. It had two entrances, one smaller than the other, and the stream running through it. Scraping at some leaves, he placed it in the hole underneath and decided to try and fish.
Katyusha was still sleeping, occasionally grunting, and snoring the whole time.
OOC: She really has sleeping problems, eh? She snores and takes up four nests worth of space.
Aermind padded off to the right where there should be a small stream. As he walked he thought of three more herbs they should look for before they head back to the cave. Thyme for Ail since it calms nervousness so Aermind decided he would try to give some to the tom. Thinking of Ail made him have a bit more bounce in his step. Could it be that Aermind.... anyways back to the herbs. He also wanted to get Borage Leaves for the Queen when it was needed... and ahh what was the other herb? He shook his head grabbing two big Beech leaves to help carry the herbs,
IC: Spotting the yellow petaled herb, the orange tabby ran over to it, sticking her face close. Opening her mouth slightly, she breathed in, smelling the telltale sweet yet slightly sour scent. "Found... it?" She was truly unsure whether she really did.
OOC: Crap, I just realized tansy grows in forest areas instead of near water, but I think it still can so whatever.

Aermind followed her, and looked at the tansy with round yellow leaves. He smiled at her, "Good job. This could also be used to hid a cats scent too you know. Because of the plants overpowering sweet/tangy smell." He collected some of the plant in his sacklike leaf, which he also gave Sunset one too. "Now we need to find Thyme and Borage Leaves. Then we can head back." he mewed.
