    Hi everyone! I'm new here, and I want to be able to make an awesome adoption template for an adoption I'd really like to win.


    Is there a free form to use, because I'm not very good at making up forms myself. //embarrassed

    You mean like the whole Name, Gender, Apprarance, etc... Thing?
    Most of the time they're Free for all so you can make your own c:

    Yes, those. As I said in my first post I'm not very good with creating the forms themselves, I'm just better at filling them out. //sweatdrop.

    [fancypost borderwidth=0px; text-align: justify][color=black][size=8]The majority of the time, if you are applying for an adoption, then the person will not have provided forms. Usually just good old name, gender, appearance, and personality is pretty good c:
