She had shown up late to the party, but she saw no reason in why late was particularly a bad thing. Offering a small smile to the newcomer, she recalled memories upon hearing her surname.Flamincato. It seemed familiar at first, and it took her a second to remember where she'd heard it. The name Gloire shot into her head. Gloire Flamincato, the great swaggalicious deputy from moons back. Kelsey had been pretty close with her, as well as many others in the clan, and the ex-reptile had probably been one of her best friends, even though she was a good bit of time older than her. Quickly clearing the sad thoughts, she met the eyes of Aberdeen once more.
"It's a pleasure to meet you, Aberdeen," the tortie female greeted, dipping her head calmly. "I'm Kelseylace Resurgam, but most people just call me Kelsey, or Kels." She hadn't been called Kels in a while, but she liked the nickname. It held a lot of memories.
