Intro:
The first virtual game world, and the setting of the first story arc. The world takes the form of a giant floating castle called Aincrad, with 100 floors in it. Each floor has a medieval-themed setting and a dungeon with a boss, which has to be defeated before players can advance to the next higher floor. Like most RPGs, it implements a level-based system. However, the players do not realize this, the game is altered in a manner in which players are unable to log out, and if players die in-game, their body in reality dies too.
Rules:
- NO characters from the anime, light novel, etc.
- No Godmodding.
- Keep the genders even
- Cursing is allowed, but fade out when the clothes come off (or at least PM)

Unique Skills (1 person per skill)
Dual Blades - «Unique Skill» Given to the player with the fastest reaction time.
Holy Sword - «Unique Skill»
It allows the player who possesses the skill to freely switch between offense and defense, allowing near impenetrable defense and also being able to use a shield to attack an opponent with a sharp tackle.
Darkness Blade - «Unique Skill»
The skill trades HP for damage, meaning the more Shadow gets damaged, the higher his strikes will hurt. (Maximum HP - remaining HP / 2) As a damage dealer none is reknown to be able to hit as strong as him. The downside of the skill is that it is impossible for him to have skills like battle healing and he has to take damage to get it to be stronger. The skill was awarded to the Character with less HP in the game. As a lvl 90 player, is HP is only 14K compared to others, who are close 18.5k. When activated, a black-ish aura engulf his weapon, making it harder to guess the lenght of it, and what the weapon is. Usualy if Hajime faces enemes he isn't sure, he will always activate it even before drawing his blade, so his oponent has to guess the lenght of his weapon.
Battoujutsu - «Unique Skill» Means "Sword Drawing."
Battōjutsu (抜刀術 battō-jutsu?) ("the craft of drawing out the sword") is an old term for iaijutsu. Battōjutsu is often used interchangeably with the terms iaijutsu and battō.
Generally, battōjutsu is practiced as a part of a classical ryū and is closely integrated with the tradition of kenjutsu and is practice with the live-blade, katana, often as simply the sole, kata. The training is for combative effectiveness, through factors such as distancing, timing and targeting. As such, battōjutsu is not intended for sportslike or "spiritual" purposes as are modern budo like iaido and kendo.
Shurikenjutsu - «Unique Skill» Means "Concealed Weapons."
A shuriken (Japanese 手裏剣; literally: "sword hidden in user's hand") is a traditional Japanese concealed weapon that was generally used for throwing, and sometimes stabbing or slashing. They are sharpened hand-held blades made from a variety of everyday items, such as needles, nails, and knives, as well as coins, washers, and other flat plates of metal. Shuriken is the name given to any small-bladed object, while shaken is traditionally used to indicate the well-known "throwing star".
Shuriken are commonly known in the West as throwing stars or ninja stars though they took many different shapes and designs during the time they were used. The major varieties of shuriken are the bō shuriken (棒手裏剣, stick shuriken) and the hira shuriken (平手裏剣, flat shuriken) or shaken (車剣, also read as kurumaken, wheel shuriken).
Shuriken were mainly a supplemental weapon to the more-commonly-used sword or other various weapons in a samurai warrior's arsenal, though they often played a pivotal tactical role in battle. The art of wielding the shuriken is known as shurikenjutsu and was mainly taught as a minor part of the martial arts curriculum of many famous schools, such as Yagyū Shinkage-ryū, Tenshin Shōden Katori Shintō-ryū, Ittō-ryū, Kukishin-ryū, and Togakure-ryū.
Infinite Spear - «Unique Skill»
We are going with the theory that this is the ability to do hundred thrust kind of attacks, or make copies of the spear
(Provided by Frozen-Pryo specific for Alex)
Kaminari Ha - «Unique Skill»
Weapon attack speed and movement speed increase by 15% • (character level) + 2% per kill (passive)
Speeds increased by 200% for four seconds. (Recharges after thirty minutes. Recharges by 1% per kill) (by activation)
Passive only starts when health is below 80%
(Provided by corpral davecat specific for Izzet)
Tiger Dance «Unique Skill»
- Tiger Dancing; activated when the user's health hits below 10%, although one part can be activated before such, being the lengthen of the blades. The user's weaponry lengthens by almost a foot, specific to Izzet's claws. This can be trigger at any given time in battle when attacking. When the user's health hit's 10%, his speed will increase by about 25%, giving him spastic movements.
This gives the name Tiger Dancing, since the user will usually be moving at such a pace and slashing with his claws that he looks like a speeding animal.

How Skills Level Up:
- skills gain exp separately from the characters (novel)
- have levels from 1 to 1000, and unlock sub-skills at different points as you progress (novel)
- you gain skill exp from using them (novel)
- use does not always have to be successful (novel) (from Kirito gaining fishing skill near end)
Attacking NPCs/mods:
Attacking «Frenzy Boar» takes an average of 5 kills to reach level 2, or 50 kills to go from lvl 10-11
Attacking the air would take 20 attacks to reach level 2, or 400 attacks to go from lvl 10-11
Attacking «Lizard-man Lord lvl 82» would gain between 82 and 246 exp per skill, killing one using 10 skills would likely be around 1,640 exp. Going from lvl 900-901 would be 18,000 so would be about 11 solo kills.
Using these numbers I suspect leveling a weapon skill would take around 2 to 3 years depending on how seriously you grind it, which would be fitting for the time scale of this game.
