    Dario clung to the branch of a tree like his life depended on it. Well, of course. It did.
    He felt himself slipping, and he tumbled into the water below. The kittypet yowled as he became stuck underwater, his breath ebbing away slowly...

    Ripplepaw's attention was suddenly drawn to another cat. A kittypet by the looks of it. Without hesitating, he jumped into the river and began swimming with new strength.

    The black she-cat started slipping from the branch, though she tried to hang on with her life. Glidingpaw panted heavily, with her fur sticking up.

    Ripplepaw was suddenly swept toward Glidingpaw as a new current took hold of him. He looked up and saw Glidingpaw hanging of a branch. He scrambled up the tree, onto the branch where she was and bit her scruff and hauled her up.

    Dario gulped another mouthful of water before he noticed a cat, swimming towards him. He gurgled a call for help to Ripplepaw.

    "Thanks for saving me once again" said Glidingpaw thankfully to Ripplepaw. Glidingpaw was purring quietly, while blushing a bit, though she didn't want Ripplepaw or any other cat to see it.


    (OOC: Forbidden crush once again XD)

    Ripplepaw made sure Glidingpaw was safely on the branch before whisking away to help Dario. "I'll be back!" he called. He swam strongly toward Dario, and bit his scruff and began hauling him towards land. However he was only a new apprentice, and halfway to shore he was slowing down significantly.



    OOC: yay XD

    Ripplepaw finally hauled Dario onto dry land. He didn't have the strength to swim over to Glidingpaw, so he grabbed a large branch with his jaw and swung it into the tree. "Climb down!" he shouted with a mouthfull of bark.

    OOC: Is Glidingpaw on land yet?


    IC: Ripplepaw purred at Glidingpaw. "Glad you're OK."

    Shimmerpaw began to swim, feeling exhausted after only a few strokes, but she kept going on.

    SnakeTail watched in horror as water came rushing into WindClan's camp. "Save the kits! get the elders! Everybody else, RUN!" SnakeTail shouted.

    Shimmerpaw tried to haul her body onto the bank. She failed, only getting more exhaustion for her efforts. "Help! Somebody help me......" Shimmerpaw cried.



    Summerpaw gasped, running over to Shimmerpaw. "What's wrong?!", she wailed.
    Sugarflower, a medicine cat helper, ran over to their attention.



    Cranepaw nudged the apprentice that lay beside her. "Come on already! Wake up!!!" she nosed her again harder this time. The gray she-cat sat down and buried her nose in Tawnypaw's fur.
