  • He set his paws gently on hers. "Relax. They're not gonna hurt us." He said as one of the doctors laid him on his back and began to examine his belly.

  • Coven glared at them, but stopped growling. She remained tense though, ready to bite if she felt threatened. She'd learned not to trust people.

  • The doctors said something to the other in human language, and soon pulled out a long medical string and a very sharp needle, then turned back to Hue.

  • He whimpered a bit as he stuck the needle sideways into his stomach skin. Hue knew they had to stitch him up, but man did it hurt.

  • The human's went to move Coven, but she growled dangerously, refusing to leave until Hue was ready as well.

  • They finished stitching up Hue, his stomach covered with stitches, and picked him up, moving Coven as well. They were soon in the giant cage. The cage was full of food bowls and water bowls, with padding everywhere so the injured dogs were comfortable.

  • Coven flopped down in the back corner and laid her head on her paws. She didn't like cages, but at least this one was bigger.

  • "What happened to you guys?" Questioned the sorrel she-dog as the duo entered the Healing Kennel. Shuffling over to the pair, Luna carefully inspected them. Noticing the small he-dogs torn belly, Luna rose an eyebrow. Sinking to the soft pad of the floor, Luna awaited the duo's answer.

  • "Let's just say some dogs are real jerks." He said, sighing and sitting beside Coven, but not too close so she'd get annoyed. "I was being jerked around by this dog named Denver, then Coven stepped in."

  • Luna growled lightly in disgust. Flicking back an ear, the fae added, "That's terrible. Looks like he got you good too." The brazen she-dog's eyes pivoted to Hue's stitched belly. "You probably don't know me. I've spent pretty much my whole time in these Healing Cages. I've got pretty awesome luck." She snorted, sarcasm dripping from her voice.

IC: Luna quivered her pelt at the memory. "I was hit by a Human-Monster. It broke nearly all the bones on the right side of my body." The she-dog admitted. "All went fine with my healing for a while. And then they tried a new medication on me. My body for some reason was deathly allergic to it. I nearly died and in the painful process I rebroke a couple of bones. I'm still getting over what the medication did to me, and my bones are still setting." Luna shivered as pain throbbed in her aching muscles.

  • (( I will! :D ))

He frowned, nuzzling her leg gently. "Sorry about that. Denver beats me up alot, but apparently the humans don't think it's bad enough to put me in here. Yeah right! My tooth is still growing back!"

  • Coven listened to their conversation, not botheringnto chime in. She didn't do well with small talk or other dogs. She was a loner.

  • He noticed this and smiled. "Coven's a really good dog. I might have just died if it wasn't for her." He said, smiling that someone stood up for him.
