  • You've already won me over, in spite of me. Don't be alarmed if I fall, head over feet.

Swiftfoot ran, finding Heatherflight. She didn't understand what was wrong! "What's wrong!?", she yelled, frantically. Then, she had an idea. She leaned down and aimed to grab Heatherflight by the scruff, and if she got a hold of her, she was going to carry her to the river and put her in. It might help her wake up if water got through her. But, Swiftfoot would be right there in case she would drown.

  • Heatherflight could feel and hear everything. She just couldn't see, or seem to talk. "Help me, help me, help me." She mewed over and over. "It burns, help me, help me." Then the words that seemed to spill out of her mouth halted. "Russetstripe? Swiftfoot?" Heatherflight mewed weakly. "I don't think I'm gonna live through this." She rasped. And with that her body went limp.

    OOC|| awesome username! :D

Swiftfoot yowled, "No!", she aimed to smack Heatherflight in the face with her sheathed paw. "Heatherflight! Get up, please!", she mewed, frantically. Her words dragged on. "Please!", she whined, her eyes watering.

  • You've already won me over, in spite of me. Don't be alarmed if I fall, head over feet.

Swiftfoot's stare was hard, "No. You will not die.", she shook her head multiple times.

  • Nightgaze's heart swelled with joy, but it was cut short with the cry, and Swiftfoot's sudden dissapearance. Not knowing what to do, and lost in thought, Nightgaze crouched down slowly, resting his head on the ground.

Russetstripe had been frozen in shock for a few moments before he bent down to help Swiftfoot pick up Heatherflight by the scruff. "It's okay, Heatherflight," he mewed through a mouthful of scruff. "Everything is going to be okay."

Swiftfoot turned to Russetstripe with a wail. "Russetstripe! What's wrong with her?!", her eyes welled up again. Even though Heatherflight and her had quarreled in the past, the Windclan warrior was way over that and Heatherflight was a good friend to her. Swiftfoot was just being. . . . wrong in the past. She has done things she shouldn't have done. Out of pure jealousy and lust. She still felt hurt when she looked at Russetstripe, but her heart was going to Nightgaze.

  • "How should I know?" Russetstripe snapped. He wasn't angry, just terrified and confused. "Please help me," he said, struggling along.

Swiftfoot looked at Russetstripe awkwardly, then bent down to help lift Heatherflight up.

  • Russetstripe tugged and tugged at Heatherflight's limp body, and, with the help of Swiftfoot, managed to get her to the creek. "How should we do this?" he asked Swiftfoot, just as Nighgaze hurried up from where he'd been laying. "What happened?" he whispered to Swiftfoot, their last conversation temporarily forgotten.

Swiftfoot hoped Heatherflight was by the creek with them, she hoped they managed to drag her there. "Well,", her tail slapped her mouth, thinking, "I'm not even sure what's wrong with her.", she mumbled around a mouthful of fur. Taking her tail off, "Let's slowly push her in. I'll go in the water right now, and help pull her in. It might wake her up.", she mewed, looking at Russetstripe, seeing if he agreed before she did anything.

She turned to Nightgaze, "She passed out at first, and complains she's in pain, I think.", she shrugged.

  • Russetstripe nodded, saying nothing. He tried nudging Heatherflight some more, in a last atempt to wake her.

Nightgaze nodded, a grim look on his tabby face. He stood back, out of the way, but close enough in case he was needed quickly.

The she-cat look a glance at Russetstripe first, before slowly wading into the water. She shivered, it was really cold, which might be able to wake Heatherflight up. Swiftfoot tried to take a hold of Heatherflight and to try to pull her in towards her. "L-Let's hope this w-works. It's reaaallllly c-cold.", she stammered.

  • Russetstripe pushed Heatherflight with his nose, her body sliding down the short creek bank and halfway into the water. He cringed as if it was his own body that had been submerged in icy water.

Nightgaze watched calmly, knowing that someone needed to keep their cool.

Swiftfoot looked at Heatherflight laying in the water. ". . . . Well?", Swiftfoot had her paws placed under Heatherflight's back, just in case.

  • OOC:Sorry I'm back!

IC: Heatherflight awoke startled. "No! Whats happening?" She scramed. Her orange fur was plastered on her body, reavealing her ribs. "Get me out of here!" Again Heatherflight sreamed. She felt herself being dragged down by the freezing water.

"Shhh . . .", Swiftfoot soothed, her paws underneath Heatherflight's back. Her eyes sparkled as she looked at the two toms. "It worked!", she mewed, happily. "Should we get her out now?", she asked - knowing an answer already. It was obvious.

  • "Yes," Russetstripe yowled, not being able to bear the sound of his mate screaming. He bent down and pulled her out by the scruff, sniffing her fur wildly. "Are you okay? What happened?" he asked, pushing his paws onto her side.

Nightgaze sat back, knowing he wasn't needed. He glanced at Swiftfoot, their recent conversation popping into his mind.

  • "Russetstripe." Heatherflight mewed happily. She nuzzled him lightly still a little light headed. She never gazed at Swiftfoot, not thinking about her at that moment.
