Ic: Kayne walked in to the large library after the captain had and took a good look around the room. It was filled with books. Way too many for his liking. He stepped back out and into the hall and continued down it.

Akane Saotome was acting like a kid in a candy shop with a free sign in the window. "It is! I love it in here! I could live in here!" She had already skimmed through a few books and was comparing the books with the globe and was just totally overwhelmed in joy.

Ranma, her brother, stood next to the captain and shook his head. "She's crazy."

Orion followed the captain and first mate nodding to Ranma in greeting.

Ranma parked up greatly when the captain said that. "Wait we're leaving now? Should I go fire up the engines." Just like his sister Ranma got all jity with the engines.

Kayne looked around in the halls. His stomach started to growl so he decided to look for a kitchen. He headed back near the entrance of the ship and looked for other halls that might lead him to a kitchen.

Ranma left down the hall, he had already explored most of the ship in search of the engine rooms, so he headed down that way. When he arrived in the control room he looked around. "Alright let's see.... First let's get the.... Wait hold on where's the- ah there it is." We walked over to the intercom that spoke to the helm. "Captain this is the engine room. Ummm bad news.. I've never use an engine that ran on magic." He looked around at the controls. " how do I get it started?"

" alright...." He said, not totaly as confident as the captian was. Hug glanced back over to what looked like a. Pain controle panel. "Well I guess I'll just flip one after another till the thing turns on... I guess." He took the first lever switch in hand and threw it up. There was a spark and all thin lights in the ship turned off, along with and radios or TVs. ".... Well. It's obviusly not that one." He said sarcastically and reset the switch in its normal position. When the lights came back on he noticed something. "Wait it's labeled... 'Small electronics generator'. Oh well that explains a lot." Onto the next switch, "this ones labeled- 'semi-conductor starter' cool so I would assume that goes first before this last switch.... Labeled- 'arcanic power pre-engine'" he smiled, glad he figured it all out. " and these two buttons under the pre-engine are the two arcanic power engines." He said to himself. "Alright let's get this puppy started!" He yelled excitedly and hit the switches in order, semi-conductor starter, arcanic pre-engine, then arcanic power engines one and two.
Instantly the engine room came alive. The lights flickered and got brighter. Now that the main engines were running then Ranma could switch off the small electrics generator because electricity could be diverted from the main engines to the needed components. He Aldo switched off the semi-conductor starter and the pre-engine. Those two were only needed in starting the main power.

After looking he got too hungry and impatient to just look for it himself. He turned around and ran back to where Masaki was. He looked at him and held his stomach to be more dramatic. "Hey Cap'n. Is there a lunch hall around here?", he asks.
