    Russetkit runs out of the nursery and into the camp hoping to become better than a warrior, a deputy maybe.

    Rapidkit sighed listening to all the movement. He was bored and wanted something to do. He heard Rainbowflight's comment about Russetkit, and thought of the little he could remember about his own mother- that she had blue eyes. That was all he remembered. And even that might have been because he had blue eyes and he was guessing.

    IC; Soulkit let pain cloud her eyes as she watched it. She tilted her head, wondering what it was trying to tell her. She sighed. If she ever became a warrior, she wanted to become a deputy, or even a leader! She didn't mind if she never became one, because of her leg she might never get chosen.

    Rainbowflight began grooming Soulkit as if she were her own kit. "Is it because of your leg?" Rainbowflight had heard about the she-kit's leg.

    Soulkit stayed as she was; breathing quietly and sat. Whitekit watched and blinked as his own mother crashed into the den.


    she had brought a fat, plump mouse with her.

    'b-But don't I have to be a deputy first?' she mewed. 'What if I-- I.. make my own clan?' she mewed. 'Anyway, for my warrior name, I want it to be SoulFire! SoulFire of Thunderclan!' she meowed proudly, and puffed her white chest out.

    Whitekit came up to Soulkit, followed by his brother, Blackkit. He whispered something in her ear, and Soulkit's blue eyes flashed angrily, and she lashed out at her friend. She bared her teeth and gave a kit-snarl to every cat and kit she passed.
    Soulkit suddenly bared her teeth at Blossomkit, lashed her tail and unsheathed her claws. She lashed out at the older kit, and snarled, before trotting off to the corner of the Nursery dragging her nest with her. She plonked herself down in the nest. Something was wrong.

    OOC: She didn't disbelieve you; she was angry at what Whitekit told her, and hurt. So that's why she lashed out. She can talk to bugs too; she wouldn't disbelieve you.


    IC; Soulkit was hurt by what her friend told her; though it was not his fault. She lashed her tail, and the brothers came and sat beside her, grooming her pelt. Soulkit felt a tear run down her cheek. She did not want any other cats to know what had happened, so she was keeping it limited to only Whitekit and Blackkit's mother, herself, and the two brothers. She winced as she thought of it.
