Lex is a girl with a competitive attitude and big city personality. She's going to be the first to accept a challenge and the last to quit, whether it's a game, contest or a Pokemon battle. Her bravery and rash decisions lead up to the big-city girl she acts like she is (she's even got a bit of an accent to exaggerate it!). Though she may seem like an overconfident, proud jerk up front, if you do manage to get to know her she will be a loyal friend, and fight for you. Just don't expect her to show it in the most friendly and caring ways - she's not a sweetheart at all. Lex was born and spent her early childhood in Reverdon City. Her mother and father during that time were loving parents and cared for her, as she was an only child. Because of this, Lex was spoiled a bit and got what she wanted a lot of the time. The luxuries of Reverdon were usually brought to her as well. Whenever she didn't get what she wanted she could and would throw a bit of a fit, so she grew up getting many treats and extras that most children would not have. Aside from this spoiled behavior however, when she was a child she was extremely interested in Pokemon, something her parents could care less about. She asked and asked about Pokemon
She spent her childhood up until third grade with her parents, and though life was rough due to Lex's now spoiled behavior, they got along aside from that. That is - until her parents got a high ranking job at Silph Co. Lex, happy for her parents, thought nothing of it at first. But then slowly over time, the couple was more interested in their work, payment, and whatever was happening at the company more than their daughter. They became more sophisticated and haughty towards their daughter and her normals fits simply weren't working. Life started to fall apart from there, so when she was in about fifth grade, her parents sent Lex off to live with her aunt.
Her Aunt Jeanie, known as simply Aunta to Lex, lives in Scyton City and was very old fashioned. When Lex arrived with her spoiled attitude, her aunt changed that. She wouldn't stand for her constant whining or complaining and over time that went away, replaced by a personality of which was competitive, stubborn and tough. (She got the last two traits from her aunt.) As years went by she learned more about pokemon from her aunt, a breeder. Now she is old enough to go out into the world, start a journey, earn badges... And being champion, of course.
