Axis stared at her wrist. "Wanna talk about it?" he asked

Tsubaki looked down at her wrists, "it may be helpful to. And if you're ok with that." She said soflty.

"Yeah I would love-" He cut off as a waitress came behind him and covered his eyes. "Hey Axis haven't seen you here in awhile!" She laughed. "Oh hi Leena.." he sighed reaching up and placing his hands on her hands. "Why am i blindfolded?" He asked (Leena is a close friend of his)

Tsubaki snickered softly, "Hello there." She said with a small wave to Leena.

Leena looked up letting go of Axis who shook his head. "Hello! I'm Leena." She said smiling then leaned over to Axis. "Girlfriend?" she whispered. "N-no we're just friends.." He stammered

"I'm Tsubaki." She said with a small laugh as Leena asked Axis if she was his girlfriend. She was now more careful to hide her bandaged wrists, not wanting to land in an awkward situation because of her wrists.

Tsubaki just shrugged, "I'm not absolutely sure to be honest." She muttered sheepishly, obviously a bit uncomfortable and shy.

"I'm getting strawberry shortcake... so if you want you could get that too if you want.." Axis said. "Yep Axis here has quite the sweet tooth.." Leena giggled ruffling his hair

"Just some water." Tsubaki told Leena, clasping her hands in her lap.

"Alright.. I'll be back.." Leena said ruffling Axis's hair once more before leaving. Axis sighed and fixed his hair. "Close friend.." he said

Tsubaki giggled softly, "I can see that." She replied quietly, putting her hands back on the table and ripping apart a napkin. .3.

"Ah so what should we talk about?" he asked

"I had wanted to talk about this," Tsubaki told him, gesturing to her wrists, "but I don't believe now is a good time."

"Oh alright." Axis said. "So uh are we.. like.. uh.. never mind.." He muttered looking out the window

"Are we, what?" Tsubaki asked, cocking her head to the side a bit with curiosity.
