    Quantumstar needed to catch up with Drake. They could probably discuss current matters going on the The Democracy and future matters.


    "Drake? Do you have time to meet with me?" The president called out, sitting stiffly in his office.

With his rather shocking discovery that his father was Aaron, Leader of the Insignia and his mother was Espresso, Priestess of BloodClan - he was rather shocked however Drake kept the information to himself. His breakup with Mosaicstar had been long past now but admittedly, Drake still occasionally thought of it.

    "Thank you. I was hoping we could discuss future plans for The Democracy. Certain members feel like I'm slacking as president, and I want to change that." Quantumstar said, motioning Drake over to a chair beside his.

    ic;; Drake sat down as instructed, his brow lifting in interest. Certain members? It was good that they had their opinion, but the young Vice-President was also curious to know whom those members were. He felt Quantumstar was doing a fine job given the circumstances, although he longed for the days of when he first joined when activity was constant and at a high time high for the history of the Democracy and not unlikely for SolsticeClan too.


    "That sounds good," commented the Scottish Fold, getting right to business. "I've been noticing a lot of creative events lately," he added. "Although and perhaps it's just me - simple events like this never bring up overall activity and it never prompts that much excitement."

    "I agree, Drake. The activities are just a bandage on the gaping wound of inactivity... what we need is something that will stitch inactivity up and keep us active for a sustainable amount of time." Quantum said with a nod. "Do you have any propositions?"

I'm also certain some High Positions may take advantage of the inactivity and slack off. My advice? Give them a warning or just demote their arses. But I'd check their activity and check with Ozzy before doing something like that."

    "Well I did just add a semi-high position called Event Planner. And we have no Agents at the moment. I'm sure an activity contest could get everyone excited and active. As for checking with Ozzy, I can't. He hasn't said a word to me this month... I've been flying by the seat of my pants."

    ic;; Drake shifted, a rare and uncomfortable flash appearing through his green eyes. This put them in quite a fix. But they'd have to make due until Ozzy could return. "Are you allowed to at least demote and promote anyways?"

    [fancypost borderwidth=0px; width: 450px][justify][size=9pt][font=georgia]"Right now?" Drake looked vaguely disappointed. "There isn't much but demotion for Coloredpencil and Scatteredclouds and a promotion to Skullduggery to Diplomat."


    His reasoning? Coloredpencil had had issues with activity before and was too inactive while Scatteredclouds had simply disappeared into inactivity. "The Nurse Trainees can handle themselves and Stella is capable alone without Coloredpencil."

    Quantumstar nodded in agreement, yet felt a bit hesitant. "I'll keep that in mind, Drake. Perhaps promotions and demotions will occur once ozzy returns." he murmured.
