    Ephyra has both powers and a mutation. Her powers are that she's able to bend (control) water and swim extremely fast. Her mutation is that whenever she comes into contact with water, Ephyra grows a tail. She's essentially a mermaid.

    If she so much as gets a little splash of water on her, she grows a scaly tail. On land, this is definitely a setback. Also, if she's wounded or too exhausted, not only can she not swim very fast, but her water bending skills are weakened.
