The Past (Private)

    Ilan kept himself tucked up in the corner, letting out a sigh as he realized how hungry he was. He hoped they would be fed soon...

    Ilan looked at her, relatively confused, but didn't move to wake her or anything in case that scary person in which he had encountered... Came back.

    Ir didn't seem to get any better. Rebecca's body shook with fear and struggle to keep Guenhwyvar at bay. They both knew the Allies were not going to help Ilan, so with Guenhwyvar, his chance at dying was must higher than usually.

    She let out a small sigh. "Home at last. Maybe now I can be at peace and keep everything locked away," she told herself looking around a bit.

    Rebecca was still working on the stacks of paperwork that she was beginning to become used to. It was more than average due to the war.

    As a nation, she had been avoiding others. She didn't want anymore emotional connections that'd cause cause her more insanity. She could stand it. That was why she never went to world meetings. She was hoping to disappear and be forgotten history. There was no need for her to be around any more in her mind. She had no loyalties to any but the dead. If there was another war, the Axis may not recruit her again and the Allies currently wouldn't either. She let out a sigh as she continued to write with Schneetier sleeping near by.

    It was a quiet time, as the war seemed to be coming to a fast end. As the Allies siege Germany, after they had successfully infiltrated Italy and shortly after, Berlin was captured. However, the only other Axis Power was Japan, who was still in a deep fight with the American government. During this time, Mussolini had been brutally killed by the Italian citizens and Hitler had committed suicide shortly afterwards. After all this, there was rumour of a nukes that the USA and Soviet Union were making. This had been followed by the two bombings of Japan, Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Then after Japan had surrendered, showing the end of the war.

    Rebecca let out a sigh as she knew all of this information. She had been left alone as of far. Maybe they had forgotten. After seeing all the deaths, it was not at all a surprise. She was relatively small, and she seem to have a naturally ability to avoid trouble for the most part as of today.
