Staunton leaped over her paws quickly, turning around as he landed and aiming a bite for her neck, his claws aiming slashes to go vertically down her flanks.
    -----
Roanoke growled, aiming a swipe of his claws for Ripplesplash's face while glaring at Iceflame.
    -----
Barnswallow would not give any time for Stormspirit, and she immediately tried to bowl the other she-cat over.

Panther glanced between the cats: the queen, who had regained herself and was now speaking; the mysterious healer, who had agreed to help some of the cats, and the fighting cats in the clearing. His fur began to stand on end. It was as he had supposed in the beginning, this was not where he belonged. This fight was not his. "Yes..." he meowed uncertaintly, taking a slight step back and dipping his head to the cats, "you're right. This is not my battle, anyway. I hope you heal well, and I wish you all luck with your confrontation." were his final words. He raised his head, green eyes glinting, then turned and padded deeper into the woods. After taking a few pawsteps he moved into a lope, eventually leaving the other cats far behind and leaving Shadowclan territory altogether.

Marshwren watched the loner leave, half-sighing, half-groaning. She accepted Fauquier's offer of poppy gratefully, and she took the herb, beginning to chew it.
    -----
Sabreslash growled; a lynx couldn't take care of a smallcat! He rushed in from the side, aiming to barrel Lionheart over. There were more important cats for the Canadian Lynx to be attacking.
    -----
Twobirds padded in, growling and lunging for Ripplesplash.
    -----
Coaxing spotted Russetsoul, and the she-cat rushed forward to try to land on his back.

Coaxing spotted Russetsoul, and the she-cat rushed forward to try to land on his back.

Russetsoul hadn't even made it to his target before a heavy weight hit him on the back. He yowled at the sudden intrusion and halted his advance. Instead he bucked and snarled, trying to dislodge his new enemy.

  • Smallclaw whipped around just in time to see Russetsoul aim to attack... then get knocked away by an ally. Without wasting a second, the black tom lunged, aiming for the RiverClanner's exposed chest.

  • Angus spotted someone fighting Sabrestar and leaped at the smallcat- Whipporpoor. The serval aimed a heavy cuff for the Riverclanner's head.

Wisdom darted towards Russetsoul and aimed a slash for the smallcat's eyes. Why not gang up? That way they could dive through them faster. The caracal hissed.

  • Occ: ok woah; I see millions of cats attacking Shadowcloud; I'm sorry if I didn't get it! :-[ Anyways, Ya so she's open now I guess... lol... she's a no kill btw...
Shadowcloud ran back, wincing as multiple strikes hit her. She bled from the side a little, but that was all. Rearing up, she let out a hiss. Her cold green eyes searched for anyone to shred as sh flexed her claws, teeth bared.

Wisdom darted towards Russetsoul and aimed a slash for the smallcat's eyes. Why not gang up? That way they could dive through them faster. The caracal hissed.

Prickling claws were still etched in Russetsoul's back fur and skin, and he hadn't had time to recover before another cat was suddenly lunging at him, claws aimed towards his sensitive underside. He yowled as claws raked down his belly, and he felt it as the fur whetted with blood. He didn't think the wound was terribly deep, but it was deep enough to bleed heavily, and the sting wasn't going away. He broke away from the two cats, but he hadn't gotten far at all before yet another cat was upon him. This one was different, though. It was larger, fiercer, and the claws that suddenly flew at Russetsoul's eyes were bigger than any he had ever seen on a cat.

Terribly pain burst through him as the claws hit, clawing a long line just above his eyes. Blood leaked from the wound immediately. The hot liquid dripped into his eyes, blinding him, and he let out an enraged yowl of pain. With the two wounds, and with three cats-one of which was more than just a cat-against him, Russetsoul knew he couldn't stay in battle. He yowled curses at his enemies and fled towards the outskirts of the camp.

((OOC: Sorry for the short fight, but I feel like, realistically, he wouldn't have been able to dodge all the blows, and he's a no-kill, so he'll be retreating now. Thanks for the fun battle though! :D))

  • WolfSong felt claws slash her flank, but managed to avoid getting bitten in the neck.
    -----
IceFlame seeing WolfSong in trouble dashed towards Staunton trusting that even a RiverClanner could take on Roanoke. RippleSplash saw IceFlame go to help WolfSong as she felt claws bite into her eye, and she let out a howl of pain. Somehow, she retained sight in her eye, but blood flowed freely so she shut it.
    -----
StormSpirit jumped over the barreling form of BarnSwallow.

  • Wisdom yowled after Russetsoul, then turned to nod to the other two cats who had been fighting alongside her. Time to choose another cat to fight. She turned to see Stormspirit fighting Barnswallow and charged towards the smallcat, hissing wordlessly.

Elixor was on his way to aim his teeth for Ripplesplash's scruff and try to throw her a good distance.

Coaxingwinds wasn't even that heavy, and she was small even for a domestic, though she was larger than her mother. She was thrown off, and landed heavily on the ground. Dazed for a moment, she took a few moments getting back up before aiming a slash for Russetsoul's tail base.

Angus spotted someone fighting Sabrestar and leaped at the smallcat- Whipporpoor. The serval aimed a heavy cuff for the Riverclanner's head.

Whippoorwill glanced back, narrowly avoiding the serval's attack. Baring his teeth, he knew he wouldn't back down just because the serval was much larger and heavier than him. When there was a will, there was a way, and he aimed to leap on his back and aim a swift slash for his jugular. Was Angus going to die? - probably not, but he sure hoped so. "Mob the wildcats!" he called. There weren't that many now; they better work on defeating them while the numbers were low.

Elixor was on his way to aim his teeth for Ripplesplash's scruff and try to throw her a good distance.

Staunton aimed another slash her flanks, before trying to pin her down to attempt to sink his claws in between her rib cage - possibly puncturing a lung. That was a trick he had learned from another cat in another battle that had tried to use it against him.
    -----
Roanoke let out a hiss, following Iceflame and aiming to leap for her back as Elixor came in for Ripplesplash.
    -----
Barnswallow aimed a slash at Stormspirit's shoulders, before pulling back.
    -----
Twobirds let out a growl and lunged for Shadowcloud, aiming a slash for her forehead and eyes.
    -----
Coaxingwinds looked around for an opponent. The small she-cat wouldn't post too much of a threat, but who knew what would happen?

  • WolfSong rolled and ducked out of the way. She ran from Staunton and headed over to RippleSplash as Elixor came towards them. RippleSplash dodged Roanoke's attack and went tail to tail with WolfSong.
    ----
StormSpirit twisted aiming to bite BarnSwallow in the throat as the other she cat went for her shoulders.

Eveningsky was startled when Ravennight suddenly made a lunge toward him, after seeming to want to speak rather than battle. But a large grin spread across the Abyssinian's face, as he flexed his claws in preparation to meet the ShadowClan leader head on. But the meeting never came, as Stormspirit barred the way between himself and Ravennight, giving the other tom a bite on the ear. "Back off, Stormspirit!" The tortoiseshell growled, irritation prickling his pelt as he repeated his former words, and the words just spoken by Ravennight. "This is between Ravenaura and I." He paused, forcing away the anger to offer her a light smile. "I thank you for your help, but this is my battle. If I need help, or if you find my life is in danger, by all means step in." Turning away, Eveningsky's face fell into a glower as he fixed his flecked eyes on Ravennight.

Shadowcloud padded back into battle, eyes glowing green. "Alright... Starclan has spoken! They say that I need to overthrow Ravennight... It's going to happen, right here, rightnow. I saw a Starclan warrior at the moonstone; it's now time!" she yowled, eyes angry. She padded up to Ravennight, ears flat. She circled him, a full circle, before suddenly lunging to aim a strike to his muzzle, claws out.

Ravennight watched. "It seems your own clan thinks you can't handle fighting me," he sneered. He saw Shadowcloud and ducked away just in time to send the warrior flying harmlessly past him. "StarClan is wrong. They betrayed me," he said. "If you are foolish enough to follow them be my guest." Then without warning he lundged for Eveningsky for a second time aiming to claw and bite at the RiveClan deputy. He smiled seeing the tribe had arrived now. All the better.

  • Shadowcloud spat and saw him again. She darted behind him and aimed to sink claws into his flank and rip back, to make huge and deep cuts.

  • Whippoorwill glanced back, narrowly avoiding the serval's attack.

Angus swore as his attack missed. When Whippoorwill leaped for his back, he twisted and aimed a slash for the Riverclanner's eyes. He felt a scrape on his lower shoulder from where Whippoorwill's claws had hit.

WolfSong rolled and ducked out of the way. She ran from Staunton and headed over to RippleSplash as Elixor came towards them. RippleSplash dodged Roanoke's attack and went tail to tail with WolfSong.
    ----
StormSpirit twisted aiming to bite BarnSwallow in the throat as the other she cat went for her shoulders.

ooc: Who of your cats is fighting who? Just a bit confused. Plus, you ignored Wisdom's attack on you. Not replying with Elixor as I don't know what's going on there.

Wisdom aimed her claws for Stormspirit's eyes.

Jumpstart found her way to the battlefield.

Staunton let out a growl. Time to find a new opponent who was actually worthy of his time.
    -----
Roanoke hissed, seeing Elixor coming for Ripplesplash and leaping for the back of Wolfsong.

Wisdom aimed her claws for Stormspirit's eyes.

StormSpirit twisted aiming to bite BarnSwallow in the throat as the other she cat went for her shoulders.

Barnswallow yowled, twisting mid-air and the teeth went in her shoulders. The NightClanner aimed a bite for her flanks, trying to rip some skin off. Relaxing the bit shoulder, she hoped the caracal's attack hit so Stormspirit would have to let go.

Angus swore as his attack missed. When Whippoorwill leaped for his back, he twisted and aimed a slash for the Riverclanner's eyes. He felt a scrape on his lower shoulder from where Whippoorwill's claws had hit.

Whippoorwill ducked his head, the claws slashing over his forehead and ripping through the top part of his ear, cutting that tip off. He tried again to leap for Angus's back, knowing again that this was probably not the best idea, but if some other cats helped him....

  • IceFlame stood in front of Staunton, "Nice hand off those two did huh? Alright crow eater game on! I'm going to run every single one of you pieces of road kill out of here!" she hissed.
    ---------
StormSpirit saw Wisdom going for her eyes, but turned her head, so the claws slashed her cheek. She then aimed to sink her fangs into Wisdom's paw, and then aim to drag her towards her, so she could rake her own claws down wisdom's face.
    -----
WolfSong felt claws sink in her back, then RippleSplash dodging Elixor aimed to to knock Roanoke off WolfSong's back, pinning aiming to bite his face.

  • The Sunclan deputy had finally arrived, sleek black tabby pelt smoothed down as he trekked through the forestry. Entering the clearing, his sharp hooked claws pierced the upturned terrain, flinging bits of debris and clutter into the air.

The last time Damon had been in battle was when Ellen had died, and was more then eager to divulge his newly found skills. The deputy was much larger now, growing older since he was promoted.

Narrowing his auburn slitted eyes, he charged for the closest cat, Wolfsong.

  • Laceweb was quite surprised when Bramlespirit took the blow she'd been aiming at Shadowcloud, but shrugged. An enemy was an enemy. She backed of a couple of paces, crouching and tensing her muscles as she assessed the situation, deciding where she'd aim to strike next. She hissed defiantly to assure her opponent that she wasn't backing off, before locking her gaze on the other female's left shoulder.

She lunged quickly, aiming to swipe the left shoulder and roll. This move was much riskier; she'd accidentally revealed her target with her mismatched gaze. She expected retaliation for this blow, and could only hope that her thick pelt would dull the blow, or that she'd get out of the way in time.

Bramblespirit saw the blow arriving, and simply sidestepped Laceweb. She aimed to slash Laceweb's back as she rolled.

  • OOC| Firey, I'mma post my posts in red, so they'll be easier for you to pick out.

Then without warning he lundged for Eveningsky for a second time aiming to claw and bite at the RiveClan deputy. He smiled seeing the tribe had arrived now. All the better.

Eveningsky remained silent, though his tall ears twitched as the accusation. If they made it out alive, he'd be having a serious talk with his Clan. But by the looks of ShadowClan's allies that seemed to be pouring in from every possible entryway to the camp, things didn't look too bright for RiverClan or their allies.

Ravennight's flash of dark fur as he lunged was the only warning Eveningsky caught before sharp claws sank into his mottled coat. Snarling with rage, the deputy threw all his weight to one side in attempt to throw Ravennight off him. Eveningsky didn't dare try to swipe at the ShadowClan leader, in fear he would be knocked off balance.

  • Shadowcloud hissed and bolted to slam into Ravennight to help her ally. She aimed to sink her claws deep into his flank and rip outwards, eyes narrowed in hate. She snarled and had her ears flat, white fur barely having any wounds quite yet...
