  • Pictures for my character:

Tris bit her lip, edging her way across the store towards the food rack. With a quick flash of her hand, Tris had a chocolate bar, sandwich, and a bottle of green tea in her bag. Without a word, she silently slipped out of the door. A security guard moved to stop her, but she jumped past, and kept running. The scared young neko swiftly climbed onto the roof, and backed away, hoping no one chased after her here. Biting her lip, she continued to dash over the buildings. Suddenly, a figure jumped right in front of her, dressed in red, white, and blue. The diminutive cat girl jumped backwards, shying away. She was dirty and her clothing had been torn in places. Mewing softly, Tris backed away scared.

  • Captain America looked down at the neko. "Don't worry there, I'm not going to hurt you." He smiled hoping to make her less scared.

  • Tris blinked at him, then flattened her ears and hissed, smelling Fury's scent nearby. She grabbed the bag with her stolen food in it and began dashing the other way at top speed. The cops looked at Captain America expectantly, waiting for him to go after her.

  • Captain America ran after tris, trying to catch up with the fast neko. After a while he finally managed to catch up with her.

  • Tris paused for half a second, then climbed down the side of the building before he could grab onto her. Carefully climbing through a freshly broken window, Tris came to a stop in a small kitchen. A young man lay dead on the floor, traces of poison in his cup and on his lips. Tris mewled softly, and quietly sniffed the guy over. She looked back at the stranger chasing her, eyes filled with tears. A leash was attached to one of the table legs, but instead of ending with a fastener, there was only a frayed edge where Tris had broken away to keep from starving.

  • Captain America looked around the room. He saw the man, the leash, the broken table and the neko. "Did you do this?" He asked tris. He wondered how a small neko like tris could do something like this.

  • Tris simply ignored him. She nudged at the man quietly. "M-Master...." she whispered. "Wake up, please... Master...." she said softly. She looked back at Steve. She hissed slightly. "He was my only friend.... The Dark Ones came.... They threatened him..... Then, he..... he collapsed after breakfast.... He won't wake up..." she explained, tears filling her eyes. She tried to pry off her collar, as she had pulled it too tightly when escaping. There were red marks and welts on her neck. Wincing, Tris clawed open the bag and began eating, choking the food down as quickly as she could, eying Captain America with a wary eye, ears flat and tense.

  • Captain America put his hand lightly on tris's shoulder." Don't worry, we'll get help for your master." He reassured her. "Do you want that collar off?" He asked worried about the welts and the red marks on her.

  • Tris jumped then settled down, swallowing her lat bite. She nodded quietly, then finished gulping down the last of her small meal. She sniffed her Master, whimpering softly at the scent. He was dead. Curling up at his side, she watched the stranger apprehensively, growling softly.

  • Captain America gently took of tris's collar. He picked up tris's master gently. "Let's go get some help for him ok?" He asked trying not to seem threading to tris.

  • Tris held still just long enough for the collar to come off. The instant he had it off, she dashed away to the other side of the room. She sniffed at the stranger, then quietly followed uncertainly. "Wh-where we going?" she asked, looking slightly worried.

  • "We are going to take your master to the hospital, they can help him there." Captain America explained so tris wouldn't be confused.

  • "He's d-dead.... They can't help someone that's dead," Tris replied, tears filling her eyes. "There's no helping him now. He's gone."

  • "of course he's dead, I almost forgot that." Captain America said to himself trying to think of what to do now. "What can I do to help you?" He wanted to help tris as much as he could, but he couldn't think of anything on how to help her.

  • Tris shrugged. "I don't know," she finally growled slightly. Sighing, she turned away, curling up under the table. She had no idea what to do now, except survive. She was growing wilder by the minute. Curling up, tail between her legs, Tris growled lowly, a warning to those who would come closer.

  • Captain America set the master down gently and walked slowly to tris. "Maybe you can help me with some stuff?" He asked her ignoring her waring growl.

  • Tris paused, sniffing slightly. "Like?" she said softly, climbing out gracefully and jumping across the floor. She stopped in front of him. "We have to bury my Master first though," she added. Her neck hadn't healed yet and he could see more scars and wounds now that she was closer to him.

  • Captain America nodded. "We will bury your master, then I can show you what we're going to do." He said. He felt bad for tris after seeing the welts and makes on her neck.

  • Tris nodded and carefully carried her master onto the roof. "Where are we going?" she asked, curiously. She glanced down at her master. "Where's he going?"

  • Captain America looked at tris kindly. "We are going to bury him properly first." He said hoping she would feel better that her master was going to rest peacefully.
