    Prolog

"I've dug our grave! And you're only making it deeper!" Shouted a teenaged girl as she turned a corner with someone chasing close behind her. She was now running though a long hall way. She had no clue where she was nor did she care. The alarms that were ringing all around her told her that her job was done. Now all she had to do was stall... To wait for every thing to explode. She was forced into this job to take out their enemy's weapons. Since most where in one place it seemed easy. Get someone inside, and detonate a bomb right? Of course after a month of training it would all be useless. Come on... Come on... She thought as she turned another corner. How long does it take to blow one thing up? She busted though a door. to find she had now cornered herself in it. She turned around to face her enemy. "It's over..." He said as he pointed his gun at her head. She had run out of ammo long ago. "Your friend has been on our side the whole time." "I know a bluff when I hear one." She snapped back at him. All he did was laugh. "Like it matters if you believe me or not. Your mission was unsuccessful anyway." She looked around for anything she could use as a weapon. "That's what you think!" She said as she dived though a window that was in the back of the room. She found herself in dark room. She heard the person jump in after her. She ripped the grate off of an air vent and slipped silently in before he could find her. It was luck that he didn't notice she had climbed in until she was working her way around the building. Nope... She thought as she looked through grates Wait... She looked though a grate for a moment to see if anyone was in the room. She pushed it off and crawled into the room. There was pipes running though it. An idea formed in her head and she quickly put it into action. Switching liquid nitrogen with water for the sprinklers, she found a way to stop her enemy. The door to the room busted open but the where to late. "Sorry about this." She flicked a switch and the nitrogen rained down on the whole of the facility. Since no one but the people inside of the under ground facility knew where it was, they would remain frozen in the nitrogen. It would be many, many years before anyone would find them.

    Section One

"So cold..." She said very slowly as she tried to move. her limbs were to stiff to do anything. What happened? Oh right, I froze my self and- Wait... If I can talk... She forced her eyes open to a very bright light. She made a sort of huffing noise. I guess freezing doesn't work to keep people alive. She started to feel warmth in her finger tips. The warmth slowly moved up her arms. She used her now movable arms to push herself up right. Her blood was flowing again and so where her thoughts. What's going on? Where am I? Am I really alive? She looked at her fingers. They looked frost bitten. She laughed slightly. "Well..." Her voice sounded funny to her "If this is all I have to worry about..." She started to take in her surroundings. It was bright in the room and the white walls didn't help. The room was cold and the bed she was sitting on did nothing to help with it. I guess this is how I've been thawed out... She looked down at herself. Every part of her arms looked a bit frost bitten as well. She didn't care. Being alive was the only thing that mattered to her at the moment. She was still wearing the uniform she had on when she was frozen. That came as no surprise to her. She got onto her feet and almost fell flat onto her face. She started to take a few steps towards the the door which was locked. She wasn't interested in leaving at the moment anyway. She did was to see what was on the clip board that was hooked to the door. She sat back down on the bed and started to look over the papers.

Jane Doe, Nicknamed Nitrogen Funny Nitrogen thought as she read. I guess I'm not the only one that doesn't know my name.
Status: Partly frozen but is expected to live
Estimated age when frozen: Around seventeen.
    Right on the money.
Estimated time frozen: Oven two thousand years most likely.
She couldn't believe what it said. She looked around for the date on the paper. Here it is! She thought as she read it. 4031. 4031... No... This has to be a joke... Nitrogen shock her head. "There's no possible way..." And yet she was living. Now the other side of that door scared her. She hardly knew what to expect. She put the clip board back and laid on the bed. Every thing was a bit much for her. She finally fell asleep. Her thoughts still running though her head as she tried to make sense of what was going on.

    Section Two (wip)

"So how long do you plan on keeping her locked in that room? She's awake now and that means it's time to talk to her."
"We don't want to rush things. If we go in there now and try to explain what's going on to her..."
"Yes, yes I know! She might go crazy. But if we keep her isolated for to long she'll go crazy that way. Pick your poison."
There was a long pause. "Tomorrow." Said the second man as he got up to leave "Let her rest and processed this. Tomorrow she'll be more alert and the frost bite should be gone." And with that he walked towards the door. "Oh one more thing..." He turned to look at the other person "Find someone around her age to talk to her... Maybe she won't freak out as much..."
"Maybe? Is that all you can say? That she might not go crazy?" The other man said then sighed. "I think I know who can go in there and make it out alive."

The night was rather uneventful. As Nitrogen slept they came into the room and made a few changes. As what Nitrogen had decided was morning came around, she rolled out of the bed. She had woken herself up from a nightmare that she couldn't remember now. She took a few breaths to calm herself down. The room was darker now. The lights where dimmer and not a harsh on her eyes. Likewise the room was warmer and she could now tell that any frostbite she had was now gone. She sat up right and rubbed her eyes. She scanned the room to see what else had changed. "Looks like you had a rude awakening." Said a way to cheery voice. She jumped to her feet, alarmed by the fact that someone was there. "Relax." Said a man who seemed to be around her age. Nitrogen looked at him for a second. One of her first thoughts was military. His buzzed hair and the uniform was a dead give away. "So your Nitrogen." He leaned forward in his chair slightly. "Who are you really? They wouldn't tell me much about you. They just handed me this..." He held up a clip board "Thing... They said they had to use this over what they normally used so you wouldn't explode when you woke up." Silence.
"I..." Nitrogen was still trying to comprehend everything he said. He looked at the clip board again. "Okay lets try this..." He got up and walked towards Nitrogen who naturally took a step back. "Just a few yes or no questions, lets start with that." He looked down at the clip board. "Do you know your name?" "I didn't know it before I was frozen. Don't ask right now." He nodded, respecting the choice of her not telling him. "Are you 17?" She nodded. "Where you born in the 2000's?" She nodded again. "Last yes or no question. Would you be able to leave this room and not panic at all that has changed?" "I can try but I make no promises." He put the clip board down. "I'll be back in a minuet Nitrogen. Change into that." He pointed towards something on the table. "I'm sure you're sick of those cloths after being in them for two thousand years." And with that he left, leaving Nitrogen confused but looking forward to getting out of the room.

Nitrogen had changed into the cloths that he had left. It was almost all grey. When had changed, she had found a case with glasses in them. She had forgotten she had them was a bit surprised they where still intact. The outfit was conferrable and was a nice change. "Where did you get those?" Asked the man from before when he came back. "Get what? Oh the glasses. I had them with me." She reached up and moved them slightly. "Alright." Nitrogen said crossing her arms. "Before I go out of here with you, what is your name? I didn't get much of a chance to ask before." "How rude of me." He said as he held out his hand. "The name's Conner." She took his hand and shook it. "At least somethings have stayed the same." She commented.
