    IC~ "Huh?" Spottedpaw tore her gaze away from Cloudwing, "Oh, yeah sure. Just give me a second pleas" She smiled and whisked off to the back of her den, only to bring back more catmint and poppy seeds. "Here Cloudwing, you don't have to eat the poppy seeds if you don't want to, but you have to eat the catmint."

    tbh i was thinking of doing that as a plot device too for a while but i didn't know if you wanted to so i kept quiet :P}


    Ripplepaw's head rose, his eyes blood-shot and blue slivers of faint light. He snifffled, and then his head sank back down again. His migraine was almost gone, and he felt a little better than a pile of badger dung, but his neck ached from the weird positions he assumed during his... unusual dreams.

    Ripplepaw sneezed, and his migraine immediately started up again, and he pressed his paws to his temples and rubbed, trying to stop it, but only making it worse. He set his pounding cranium down, rolled over, and mewed softly, "Spottedpaw,... Catmint, please...?"

    Spottedpaw turned over to Ripplepaw. "Alright." She whisked over into her storage and grabbed some catmint and headed back over to Ripplepaw. "Here." She nosed the catmint over.

    Ripplepaw took the catmint into his maw and smiled at her before quickly eating it, feeling a little better, even if he knew it was probably just a placebo effect. "Thanks." His dreams certainly made him MUCH less irritable at Spottedpaw than he normally would be.

    Spottedpaw nods. "How are you feeling?" she asks as she looks him over.

    "Got a headache that hurts like a dog's fangs, but it's a whole lot better now that you're here," Ripplepaw remarked, purring the last few words with a faint re-smile(? ? ?). "What about you?"

    I tilted my head when Ripplepaw purred, but shook it off. "I'm fine, just a bit stressed." I flicked my tail. "I might actually have something that can help your headache, if you like."

    Ripplepaw's eyes brightened into a better shade of blue. "Please tell!" he meowed, hope in his sickly gaze, but it darkened when he felt a new wave of cranial agony.
