    The Academy's second log sheet was a difficult one indeed.


    Album was a demon, and apathetic and hateful of the world, grumpy yet reserved, so this made him open to humiliating pranks. The young elk was wandering around with balloons tied to his antlers, looking very grumpy indeed.

    [fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][sub]Grace only smiled more at the elk's response, chuckling. "That only makes it better," she jokingly said, pawing at the hooved mammal. "Relax a little bit, you have some gorgeous balloons right there." The cheetah briefly glared at Redpaw, lips curling up before relaxing once again.

I tried, and ended up with them around my neck." so he was stuck like this until the balloons vanished. As Grace pawed at him, the elk snorted, lowering his head and giving her 'the look'. "Does this look like the face of mercy to you?" he deadpanned, balloons waving. For a moment , he glanced to Redpaw- "Yes, I know." but then the second tier looked back to the cheetah.

    [fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][sub]Imagining the feeling of something around her neck, Scapegrace winced and pressed her chin to her chest. The first tier quickly got over it though as the elk brought his head to her height. "Yes," she giggled, glancing up at the balloons that floated around his head.

    [fancypost borderwidth=0px;][justify][sup]Oh, great, he looked ridiculous. "Is that your way of saying 'no, I won't help you get them off'?" Album grumbled. No matter how hard he tried he couldn't reach them to bite them off, and his Russian Steppe eagle hadn't been around for some time.

The cub crinkled her nose before muttering, "No, of course I didn't." Crouching, Scapegrace tried to guess the distance between the ground and Album's back before launching up and attempting to land on him.

Album crouched slightly, awkwardly, as she jumped to allow her to leap onto his back, and then he rose up fully. "Steady now, don't try and eat me." that had, ironically, once almost happened, and he was keen to avoid it happening again. Nonetheless, he did seem somewhat relaxed, and decided that Scapegrace wasn't annoying. No, he could tolerate spending time with her.

    [fancypost borderwidth=0px][justify][sub]She attempted to chew one of his antlers briefly in response to him warning her not to try and eat him before going forward toward the balloons. It was difficult trying to walk on the back of another animal, for it was never possible to stand exactly still. Scapegrace almost fell off a couple of times, but she made it well enough -- at least she never had to sink her claws into his hide to stay on.


    "What colour?" she asked, clawing at the string of a red one without waiting for answer. She attempted to bat it down by hitting the top of the rubber with the base of her paw, hoping that the cat would be able to get a grip on whatever was left of the original string.

    [fancypost borderwidth=0px;][justify][sup]The chewing of the antlers tickled, oddly, and he shivered in response, probably not helping her in her attempt to balance. Oh, well, he'd just have to catch her if she fell. Standing as still as he could as she removed his balloons that sounds wrong Album gave a sigh as they floated away sounds even wronger, stubby tail wagging dear lord. "Thank you."

    Redpaw pawed at the strings and jumped, curling her paw around a dark blue one. It wasn't exactly her color but… it was… nice, she guessed.
