Blake walked to his best friends house ready for school going to grab her and walk her there like they always did. He sighed thinking about her, she was so smart and beautiful and he liked her for the longest time but she never seemed to feel the same.
Why don't you care? Private

Alyssa bound down the stairs excited to see Blake. He was like her brother. Her strawberry blonde hair bounced in natural curls behind her. Her simple sense of style with clothes complimenting her thin yet curvy body though she hadn't planned it that way. "Hey!" she exclaimed to Blake her brown eyes locking with his as she stepped off the stairs facing him back pack in hand.
-
"Hey Alyssa." He said smiling looking at her beautiful face and lovely perfect body looking away looking at the sky so she wouldn't accuse him of staring. "Ready for school looks like a good day." He said smiling looking back at her nervously thinking about how perfect she looked always.
-
She looked up at the sky and shrugged "Yeah it's okay. But you know I prefer rainy days silly." she smiled at him poking his stomach. Alyssa wasn't exactly popular. She wasn't shy no not at all. She was actually insanely out spoken. She just had the need for only real friends. "We're gonna be late, Blake." she giggled "We can look at clouds after school." she joked taking a bite of the chocolate muffin she had brought outside with her.
-
He smiled. "Yea yea don't worry we are never late for school." He said starting to walk in the direction if the school looking back and smiling at her. "So you ready for school and all the tests?"
-
She shrugged. "I suppose. They aren't hard." she remarked. She wasn't the smartest in their grade but she was 4th in her class and out of 160 students that wasn't bad. She knew she could do better if she wanted but she still made straight A's and that was enough to keep her parents happy. But she was looking forward to school. Because Darren would be there. She wished she could say he was her boyfriend but that wasn't the case. She had the biggest crush on him ever. He was however his Biology partner. She often did his homework but other than that he never paid any real attention to her.
-
He smiled and rolled his light blue eyes at her looking at her. "Yea yea we get it your pretty and smart princess." He joked kinda smiling at her tapping her nose playfully looking at her his eyes shining gently in the light. His smooth black hair hanging down to just above his eyes.
-
She smiled but honestly don't think that highly of myself and blush at being called "Princess" even though I know Blake doesn't mean anything by it. She looked over at him. It wasn't hard to see he was an attractive guy. She had a hard time believing he was still single. She wondered why but never pushed the subject. She knew he wasn't gay. She had seen pretty obvious fact that he liked woman. The box under his bed proved that. She almost laughed out loud thinking of it but didn't. She wouldn't embarrass him and he didn't know she found his little stash. She coughed not sure how long she had been silent. She looked down at the uneaten (exept for the bite) muffin in her hand. "Want some?" she offered.
-
He shook his head having already eaten breakfast just barely 5 minutes ago. He kept walking his legs flexing underneath his pants as his large broad shoulders moving back and forth under his tight shirt.
-
She shrugged and tossed it to a few birds that were gathering near the sidewalk. She sighed, her shoulders burning with the weight of her back pack, carrying her books and Darrens. She never saw the fact that she was probably just a girl to do his homework. She was clouded by his spikey blonde hair and tan skin and blue eyes. She smiled to herself. The only other person who knew about her crush was Blake. "Oh my gosh did I tell you?!" she exclaimed to Blake clearly going to tell him again wether he had heard or not "Darren smiled at me yesterday in the hallway." she said with a lovestruck tone and giddy sparkling eyes staring into Blakes.
-
He slightly rolled his eyes having heard stuff like this over and over again by her. Oh he looked at me, oh he bumbed into me in the hallway or something kind of like this. He chuckled softly playing it off. "Awe that adorable he smiled at you princess." He says a little hint if teasing.
-
She saw his eye roll and got easily offended "What was THAT about?" she hissed. She had always had an awful temper. She stopped walking and stared him down like he was a piece of meant she was going to tear into. She crossed her arms over her chest.
-
"What was what about aylssa?" He smiled acting like he didn't do or say anything wrong.
-
"You rolled your eyes!" she said "WHY did you ROLL your eyes?" she demanded. She knew she was over exaggerating but didn't care. Her best friend. Her brother. Was rolling his eyes at her. She refused to move an inch until he answered her. Truthfully.
-
He sighed knowing he'd have to tell her what he thought honestly. "Its just you always talk about him over and over 24/7 and he honestly just uses you to get his homework done and I hate watching him do that to you aylssa."
-
His words were kind of a blow to the heart. Mostly because deep down she knew it was true. But she couldn't believe he'd just slap her in the face with it like that. She knew he probably didn't mean to hurt her but that didn't stop it from hurting. She looked at the ground and dug at the grass with her converse for a second before looking back up faking a smile "We're gonna be late if we just stand around all day." she said trying to sound like her normal self and was pretty decent at the act of pretending to be happy. She turned walking towards school telling herself she left the sting of the words back where she had been standing.
-
He looked at her knowing she was just putting on a act to hide her true emotions and he hated it. After all she made him say his true feelings he had to. "Aylssa why are you doing this?" He asked looking at her hating how she did this for questions she asked him.
-
She looked at him with a confused expression "Doing what? I'm walking to school so I'm not late." she defended. She wasn't mad at him. Just looking at his eyes made all her anger for him evaporate. She was just a little down.
-
He sighed and just started walking past her going quicker then normal a tear running down his face falling to the ground as he raced to the school accepting that she doesn't care.
-
She wanted to run after him. But figured he probably needed some space. Besides I'll never catch up with those long legs. She smiled. She was aa decent hieght. But she could never compare to Blake. But her hieght went well with her devently proportioned chest. Not exactly big but not small. And her pretty nice behind if she did say so herself. She wished he didn't leave her. I'll talk to him at lunch she decided.
