  • Ambervine walked into the den nervously, not sure what she was supposed to do. Deathsong and Spirit dreamer followed closely. The two cats wanted to join Thunderclan... But will they be allowed to? She thought.

  • A black and white shape lounged outside of the den, ready to handle the affairs. Wrathbane's blue and green eyes narrowed when they saw the loners. "Hello, who're you?" he asked, trying to make himself as amiable as possible.

  • The all white long furred cat spoke first. "Spiritdreamer." she said.
The all black long furred cat spoke next. "Deathsong." she said.

  • Ambervine steped toward the cat. "I am Ambervine. These two cats would like to join Thunderclan." She pointed her tail toward the two cats.

  • "We're both very quiet when we hunt," Spiritdreamer said. "So that skill could come in handy when fighting I guess. We haven't really had any fighting experience."
"We're good hunters though!" said Deathsong.

  • A smile flitted across his normally stern features. "You will be good additions then," Wrathbane nodded. "However, you can start a trial period as an apprentice to help you on your fighting skills. Then, you may join as a full warrior when we deem it ready. Is that all right?"

  • "Yeah, that's fine." said Spiritdreamer, nodding to her sister.
"So does that mean we have to change our names to....." she thought. "Spritpaw and Deathpaw?"

  • "Ambervine, why don't you assess them for now?" Wrathbane mewed. "You can report to me of their progress, and if you think they are ready to become full members, you can tell me. I'll ask Brassstar to get their ceremonies done."

  • Ambervine wasn't sure if he was giving them to her as apprentices. "You want me to be their mentor?" She was surprised.
