  • [fancypost bgcolor=transparent; bordercolor=transparent; borderwidth=0px; text-align: justify; font-size: 8pt; font-family; arial; color: #FFFFFF;] 'Yup. It's not that much of a boost, but it's helpful.' Knox stretched out his hand to block the kick, despite it being in one of his blindspots. He grabbed her foot and twisted it downwards, hoping to smack her into the ground.

  • As he twisted her leg downwards, Willow landed on her hand, the other holding her scythe, "That's good to hear." She then used her free leg to kick at him from the other side, the motion twisting her body to the side.

  • [fancypost bgcolor=transparent; bordercolor=transparent; borderwidth=0px; text-align: justify; font-size: 8pt; font-family; arial; color: #FFFFFF;] He tried to block her next kick, but was still hit by her leg. Knox was kicked aside and rolled to a stop. He felt a sharp pain in his ribs when he tried to catch his breath but tried to ignore it, just like his other injuries. Taking his other dagger out, he ran at her again and tried to attack.

  • As her body twisted to the side, back facing the ground, Willow pushed off her hand, flipping onto her feet with her scythe still in the other. Willow spun the scythe, so it laid lengthways across her bent arm, the blade a couple feet beneath her elbow. This turned the scythe into a temporary shield that blocked his strike, she then immediately spun the scythe, swinging her scythe violently at him once more.

  • [fancypost bgcolor=transparent; bordercolor=transparent; borderwidth=0px; text-align: justify; font-size: 8pt; font-family; arial; color: #FFFFFF;] After blocking his attack, which he expected she'd do, he tilted his body back so the blade swiped the top of his chest. It slashed a line through his clothes and skin, drawing a thin sliver of blood. He took the opportunity to lengthen his knife, turning its blade long and curvy, and tried aiming for her neck. His chest painfully protested the action but he continued forward, hoping that he could get a few slices or at least a kill in before he needed to stop.

  • While her scythe swung back to her side, Willow used her free hand, conjuring a black dagger that matched her scythe, blocking the attack at her neck, but not before his blade managed to make a little cut appear on her skin, drawing blood.

    She spun the scythe until it was nothing but a blur, and when it had slowed down, the blade in her hand was now a pitch black katana. The blade that blocked Knox's, lengthened, shifting into a katana identical to the one Willow held in her other hand. "You're the second one to ever draw my blood, I must be getting a bit soft, but I congratulate you."

  • [fancypost bgcolor=transparent; bordercolor=transparent; borderwidth=0px; text-align: justify; font-size: 8pt; font-family; arial; color: #FFFFFF;] Knox grinned at her comment, but winced slightly when he backed off and tried to recollect himself. It was getting harder to inhale and his head felt airy, most likely from the throbbing wound in his chest. He didn't doubt it was from a couple broken ribs, as if the cuts on his leg and chest weren't enough. If he passed out from this, he knew he wouldn't hear the end of it from his superiors.

    'I'll take that as a compliment, but I don't think you've met many good Hunters then,' he replied, warding off any light-headedness he was feeling. From the injuries he'd received, he didn't think he was quite the expert any longer. He took out another knife but changed its shape into one more durable. Looking at the thin swords she was wielding he guessed he'd have a hard time defending himself. 'So, ladies first?' he suggested.

    Kaya hobbled outside and grabbed a bit of dirt from the ground. She quickly made her way back inside and threw the dirt in the air, whispering, "Videns speculum." The dirt frozen mid-air and started to spin, creating an image of the fight going on.

  • Willow smirked, katanas spinning in her hands, arms, then body flowing with the motion, finishing in fighting stance. "Well, aren't you a gentleman."

    In the blink of an eye, Willow was right in front of Knox, one katana aimed for his side, the other she held ready to block any oncoming attacks.

    Zev followed her, watching as Kaya cast a spell that allowed them to see the ongoing battle. He sighed, shaking his head at his mistress' antics, despite the fact he was quite used to it.

    Recap?

  • [fancypost bgcolor=transparent; bordercolor=transparent; borderwidth=0px; text-align: justify; font-size: 8pt; font-family; arial; color: #FFFFFF;] Knox braced himself when she was finish talking, having no time to reply once she raced forward with both katanas drawn. He hadn't expected her to suddenly appear in front of him, though. He only had time to block her side attack to avoid any grevious injuries. His knife scrapped along the edge of her attacking sword but kept it back. He stepped quickly back out of the way of the blade, letting it dangerously pass by him, before rushing forward at one of her sides. It seemed like it would be easier to go at one side and deal with one blade instead of two. He was ready to stab forward, but yet another sharp pain in his ribs made him hesitate. Still, he pressed forward despite the injury.

  • Willow's katana that she had kept at her side blocked his attack, while she spun her other blade from Knox, to her other katana, placing them in the shape of a cross. She lifted her foot, kicking it towards his gut, katana not moving while she did so.

  • [fancypost bgcolor=transparent; bordercolor=transparent; borderwidth=0px; text-align: justify; font-size: 8pt; font-family; arial; color: #FFFFFF;] (( sorry, ive been busy with school work and ive got finals coming up ;w;
    by the way, im going to make another hunter sometime later since there's only one being RPed. ))

    Knox grunted as her foot made contact with his chest, softening the blow with his upper arms. He was pushed back a few inches and tried to regain his position, but his chest injury was growing more severe. 'Damn it all,' he muttered, backing away and clutching his side. He considered just killing himself to avoid being killed or taken by the witch, but he was in too much in pain to try. His chest felt like it was closing in on his lungs and it took great pains to catch even a breath of air.
    'Alright, I'm guessing I'm giving up first,' he muttered before coughing heavily. I guess all that practice didn't help me too well here, he thought bitterly.

  • The katanas spun in her hands, disappearing into thin air. "I guess playtime is over, what a shame, I had hoped it would go longer."

    Willow turned around, walking towards the edge of the clearing, but pausing to wave her hand, "Farewell hunter, I look forward to our next match." In the blink of an eye, she disappeared, reappearing back in front of her house.

    "Miss me?"

    Low muse
    Sidenote, would you want to make witch/warlock twin team?

    [color=red]IC: [color=black]
    She waved her hand and the dirt stopped spinning and disappeared.

  • OOC: Yeah, I guess

    IC: Zev walked towards Willow, "What on Earth did you think that you were doing? He could have killed you!"

    "Ah, but he didn't." Willow shook her finger at him, the retort causing him to grab her hand in annoyance and drag her back into the house, pushing her down onto a chair.

    "I swear if you have any injuries…" Zev trailed off in anger looking over her, scanning her body for any wounds. When his eyes spotted the scratch on her neck his anger returned, "What if the blade was laced with poison?"

    "Then I would create an antidote, and everything would be fine, calm down, it will take more than a scratch to get rid of me."

    I was talking to magic. They said they might wanted to make another hunter, so, ta-da!

    Kaya stood back and watched. She wasn't sure if she should try to end it, but she still hurt in her collarbone. She pulled out a rock and morphed it enough to keep herself busy

  • "Now, I trust you took care of our guest?" Willow raised an eyebrow, standing from her seat and walking over to Kaya.

    "I'm not the best witch when it comes to healing, but may I?" Willow held a hand over her collarbone, wanting the other witch's trust before continuing.
