  • Boltpaw, feeling confident in his opinion, puffed out his chest and marched over to the group of cats. "This star is no laughing matter. I feel we need to alert our leader, to see if it's an omen." He spoke in a gruff voice, choosing his words carefully as to seem older.

  • "I'm not one to disagree with you but do you think he will listen to an apprentice?" Sandclaw asked.

  • OOC:I've got a sunburn so I'm in a bit of pain but i can still post
IC:"Brassstar would listen to an experienced warrior." Bushclaw said wondering even more what it means

  • Boltpaw growled. "Of course he would listen to me! Leaders respect everyone's thoughts!" Why were these cats so stupid? Apprentices were important to the clan too!

  • OOC:bushclaw isnt stupid
IC:"but since brassstar is new leader i guess he will listen to anyone, hopefully." Bushclaw said

  • "Boltpaw that wasn't directed toward you specifically. I meant apprentices in general. How do the majority of our apprentices act?" he asked not trying to start a fight.

  • "I think we should talk to the medicine cat." Nightshadow suggested. "They are supposed to specialize in this kind of stuff, right?"

  • Boltpaw's shoulders slumped and his whole body seemed to wilt. Wasn't it his idea to talk to someone who would have more knowledge about this? After all, it wasn't like he was trying to intentionally act like a know it all. Lost for words, the tiny black and white apprentice clamped his mouth shut.

  • "It sounds like the best decision. However, who should we send. Perhaps an apprentice might suffice," he suggested matter-of-factly.

  • Snowclaw

Snowclaw watched contently on a rock, her paws folded beneath her. She had to admit, the years were beginning to take a toll on her."Aye, does it really matter who you be 'sendin to give the lass a message?" she asked. Cranky it seemed she always was these days.!

  • Boltpaw narrowed his eyes at Snowclaw. "Fine then. How about you go tell the medicine cat about the star!" he taunted.

  • "Patience Boltpaw," Whiteshadow meowed," go on ahead and tell Snowpaw."
Then addressing Snowclaw," no it doesn't quite matter who tells the lass the message," he said mockingly," but yet does it matter still to be cranky about it?"
