    I looked up as a group of Ravenclaws and...Travis. "What in the name of Merlin are you doing in the Ravenclaw common room!?" I yell, at least trying to sound like I hated him.

    I took the letter and dashed to the dormitory to open the letter. I read it take my quill, dip it in the ink and write in my neat cursive 'Yes' with a little heart next to it then I quickly added 'Also Marlowe is making me wear some fancy dress and making me go as Cinderella'. I stood up and ran out of the common room, trying to catch up to where ever Travis was.

    "Here." I hand Travis the letter and head back to the Ravenclaw common room.

    "We're going dress shopping in Hogsmeade tomorrow." I announced to Marlowe and her face brightened.

    I started down the stairs after princess lessons (more like books on my head for posture). So dress shopping was the plan for the rest of the day. I was dreading it, Marlowe finds the tiniest things wrong in the most beautiful of dresses. "Come on Amara!" Marlowe squealed as we headed out, after I changed in jeans, a purple tank top and a leather jacket. First we went into the...hair salon for...a haircut. I had my hair washed and trimmed (more like cut) to my elbows. My hair was originally down to my waist (the bun would be too big apparently). After my hair was dry off we went. There were dresses of all colors and shapes. Dress after dress after dress I tried on until Marlowe handed me a pink dress which I put on and I felt like a princess. I showed Marlowe and she nodded like that was the one, we bought a tiara and I (reluctantly) took the dress off.

    "How am I supposed to walk in these!? They're bloody six inch heels, Marlowe." I stumbled around (I only fell over like three times). Eventually I found a pair of two inch silver heels and it was off to dance lessons which I was great at (surprisingly). It was really fun when we did lifts.

    "Hey Mar I'm going to go walk around." I tell my friend as I head to the hall and start to wonder around.

    I turn the corner and try to tug on my hair and I remembered my hair is shorter by at least five inches down to my elbows for that matter.
